Jungkook POV:
Do you sometimes feel as if the universe is on your side? Well that's how I feel right now, everything is happening the way that I wanted it to. Well I didn't want Jae to reject me and I didn't want to leave her either but I did want to find some dirt on Kai and now I have. Its not even little dirt it's a whole trunkful of dirt that will 100% make Jae dump his cheating ass. What were the odds that I would bump into him and his wife to be? The universe is definitely on my side.
"Oh Kai why didn't you tell me you were getting married?" I ask him with a big smile on my face. He looks up at me and clenches his jaw. I think I'm going to stay here a little bit longer and see what other tea may be spilt, maybe he has a child back home too.
"What Kai how could you not tell your friend about me" she slaps his shoulder and pouts making Kai give her a little smile then returns to drinking his wine. "We are getting married next week as well" she adds and my jaw drops.
"NEXT WEEK!" I shout out of shock making everyone in the restaurant turn and face us. "Well shit then where is my invite best friend?" I ask Kai who sighs then darts his eyes up at me. This is worse than I thought I thought he recently got engaged but he about to tie the knot next week, he has been playing Jae this whole time.
"Oh you should come" Jae Yoon beams and takes out an envelope from her bag and passes it to me. I open the envelope and read the card inside which is covered in pink flowers and blue doves scattered all over the place. When me and Jae get married this shit will not be acceptable.
"He can't he'll be in school, isn't that right Jungkook?" Kai looks up at me and glares. I look at Jae Yoon and she looks upset and I don't want to upset the bride to be now do I?
"Nah I can skip it" I smile making Jae Yoon clap her hands and pull Kai into a kiss. I feel like vomiting on them right now.
"Oh Jungkook how old are you? I have a little sister who needs a plus one" she asks me making Kai look at me nervously, why is he nervous about me telling her my age?
"I'm 17 I'm turning 18 next month" I answer her question and automatically a smile appears on her face forcing me to smile back at her too.
"Great my sister is 18 and she is single" she winks at me and I awkwardly begin to laugh, she better not be trying to set me up with her sister especially if she looks like her I'm not fucking interested. I look over at Kai and he is not engaging in our conversation what so ever he is just drowning his liver in wine.
"Sorry but I already have a girlfriend" I speak up making Jae Yoon frown.
"Of course you do, a handsome boy like you. What's her name?" She asks me as she rests her chin on the palm of her hand.
"Her name?... Jae" I smirk and look over at Kai who begins to violently cough and pat his chest. Jae Yoon leans over to him and begins to pat his back as he struggles to breath properly.
"Are you Ok now honey?" She asks him and he just nods his head then glares at me. "Jae what? Jae Na, Jae Hwa, Jae Hyun-"
"No Jaelyn" I correct her making her look at me confused.
"That's a unique Korean name" she tries to smile but I can tell she doesn't mean that. I roll my eyes at her stupidity but of course when she wasn't looking at me so that she won't think I'm rude and withdrawal my invite.
"Its not Korean" I correct her again and once again she looks at me confused. Why is she so confused over a bloody name?
"Oh so what is her Korean name?" She asks me and I look over at Kai trying to mentally tell him that his wife to be is a dumb bitch.
