Chapter 38: Threats

Jae POV: 

I watch Jungkook walk towards the teacher's office acting as if he didn't do anything wrong, he doesn't even turn around to check whether David is still breathing he just casually strolls away. Even if he was jealous he should know that as my boyfriend I only have eyes for him, I don't care it Channing Tatum himself divorced his wife and asked me to marry him whilst dancing to the magic mike routine, I would still date Jungkook. I'm upset that he doesn't trust me especially after everything he has put me through I really shouldn't be dating him but I am because I care about him and understand him, I guess he doesn't understand me. 

I help David stand up which is a struggle because he is taller and bigger than me whilst the other boys just stare at him in awe. I know David is good looking I've known that since I was 10, his high cheek bones can cut you, his sharp jawline can cut you, his green hazel piercing eyes can cut you, his chocolate 6 pack abs can cut you to conclude the man is a health and safety hazard. 

"Woah Jae what's wrong with him?" David asks me as soon as he starts standing up on his own. Jungkook didn't damage his face that much he just has a small cut on the top of his eyebrow. 

"Him and Jae are dating" Yoongi answers for me making David look at me confused. 

"So why did he kick me in the face?... oh I get it now he thought I was talking about you" he claps his hands together and points at me. The other boys just watch his movements and the girls begin to crowd around us admiring David's beauty. "Nah I came to beat him at Taekwondo so I can get a scholarship, I came to reclaim my taekwondo title from him" he explains as he rubs his head. 

"How are you so handsome? You make me want to leave my baby mamas for you" Jackson blurts out as he admires David's features, to my surprise David isn't weirded out he just smiles and licks his lips. Is he gay or does he just love attention? 

"Dude, you've already left all your baby mamas" Jimin corrects him making Jackson just shrug his shoulders still focusing on David. 

"Anyways, I need to win one more fight in order for me to win the scholarship so I need Jungkook to let me win-" 

"How do you know he'll let you win?" I cut him off surprised at the fact that he actually thinks that Jungkook would let him beat the shit out of him in front of an audience. I look at David and he gives me a cheeky smirk and cocks up his eyebrow. 

"Trust me, he will" he answers making me confused. David has only been here for 5 minutes and already Jungkook has kicked his face therefore what could he possibly say to make Jungkook lose on purpose.  

"Jaelyn Carter!" I hear Mr. Witton the head of Bambam's year call my name making me face him. "We need to talk!" He shouts again making me confused, why does he need to talk to me I'm not even in his year group? 

"Coming sir!" I shout back then face David whilst clenching my jaw. "Next time don't touch me you dickhead" I spit at him before turning around and walking towards Mr. Witton's office trying to figure out why he wants to talk to me. I walk into his office and close the door behind me before sitting down and clearing my throat. 

"I know you must be confused to why I called you here but I need to talk to you about Jungkook" he crosses his arms and falls back into his chair. Wait why is he calling me to talk about Jungkook? I'd understand if it was about Bambam. 

"Why don't you call his mum?" I ask him. 

"He put your name down as his guardian so I guess I'm allowed to talk to you about how much he is failing" he answers catching me off guard. Why did Jungkook put me down as his guardian when his mum is? I sit up from my seat and take a deep breathe before asking the question I was dreading to ask.
