Chapter 34: Surprises

 

Jae POV: 

You read It in the news and you hear stories about girls being kidnapped but you never think that one day you'll be one of those girls. I never knew that it was going to go this far and I never knew that my ex best friend was the one who was going to get me snatched. I wish I never met Kai, I wish I never went to that party, I wish I didn't trust Jungkook actually I wish he never came back because all of this started as soon as his foot stepped into the school. I know he has changed but I'm stating facts, I was much safer and happier when he wasn't here and that hurts because I want him to be here. What are my parents going to do? My mum's heart is going to break, I'm the only blood family that she has left, Bambam is going to go crazy and isolate everyone and my dad will drown himself in work. I need to find a way to escape before my family suffer. 

"I know you're awake, I can see your eyes flickering" I hear Somi's voice say forcing me to open my eyes. I look around the room and there is hardly anything, the whole room is empty except for the chair that Somi is sitting in and the desk by her.  

"What? You couldn't even give me a blanket?" I ask her as I look at the goosebumps covering my arms. I shuffle backwards on the cold floor but I can't move far because my hands are tied and so are my feet, how the fuck did I manage to sleep then? 

"You don't deserve a blanket" she spits as she sits back and grins at me making me roll my eyes at her. She really has changed, her hair is red for starters, her nails are painted black, her eyelashes are coated with mascara, her lips are bright red and she has a snake tattoo on her neck. 

"Somi why are you doing this to me? I'm cold and hungry I just want to go home... please?" I beg her but she just rolls her eyes at me and looks away. So I guess I'm not leaving this place anytime soon. 

"As much as I like to see you beg, me and Kai have plans of our own" she beams and crosses her arms. I look at her shook, why is she working with Kai? I knew that Somi was heartbroken over Jungkook but not this heartbroken to do shit like this to me right?  

"Somi listen if we both run right now I promise you that I will find someone to help you and who knows things might go back to the way they used to be-" 

"No I don't that! I don't want things to be like the way they were before when you got all the boys and I just stood there looking like some unseasoned chicken. Its not fair Jae you didn't even acknowledge them yet they still liked you!" She spits at me getting even more angry. She wipes the spit on the edge of her lips using her sleeve then stomps on the ground out of frustration. 

"What boys Somi? That doesn't even matter... you shoulda told me as your best friend that you were hurting I would've helped you" I genuinely tell her. I understand how Somi feels, not being able to tell the people that are most close to you what's happening because you are afraid of their reaction but she is reacting in the wrong way. 

"I'm sorry Jae but I love Jungkook and I'll do anything to make him mine, he was the first boy to acknowledge me until you came along-" 

"I was always there! I met him first! He saw me first! He liked me first! I'm fucking his and he's mine so shut the fuck up!" I blurt out then slap my lips the instant I realise what I had just said. What the fuck is wrong with me? I never say such things what was that? 

"This is why I'm sending your ass away" she whispers in my ear as she grabs my hair and tilts my head backwards causing me to wince in pain. She grabs hold of my jaw then forces some drink down my throat then slaps my face. 

"Somi don't kill my bitch please otherwise I'll kill your dickhead boyfriend" I hear Kai threaten. Somi steps aside revealing a clean shaven Kai wearing a black fur coat and sunglasses, he gives me a big smile then slowly begins to walk towards me.
