I look up from the, now wet, dirt of my roses. The are beautiful around this time of year, even if they are almost out of bloom.
"I've heard of flower-talk. Does it work?"
"Yes! They were used to send secret messages."
"Which flowers say 'you're cute and I'd like to give you my number' ?"
"Is this for a friend?"
"Well you'll see after you let me get you the arrangement."
"Go run your shop, idiot."
"But that's no fun!"

I flip the sign on my door to 'closed', walking back inside to pack up for the night. I'm flipping off plant lights a knock scares me. I turn to see the tattooed man from earlier walking in and setting himself in a chair for clients.
"Where are my flowers?"
"Up your-"
"Hey! I may have been kidding about the arrangement but I do want to take you out."
"What if I say no?"
"Well it's going to be a little awkward considering we work right next to each other."
"That's true. Where are we going to go then?"
"I was thinking a movie, but I can give you my address if you're that impatient."
"Movie. When are you picking me up?"
"Well I'm free now."
A/n ok so like you all probably know that I'm a student in high school and I have that depression thing going on. If you didn't Well oops. Anyway this isn't really my excuse but more just me trying to get a little mercy. I'm working on requests and updates they just come along slowly, and now you have some info as to why.
Schoolwork is a bitch
And my brain just wants to go to bed for the rest of time
That being said I'm still alive so like I made it this far ffs
So I just have to kick my own ass to even force myself to do things I enjoy, like writing, so it's stupid and everything is stupid and Monday's and Tuesday are stupid days.
