"It really seems like you're getting yourself kidnapped just to see me at this point." I roll my eyes, undoing the ropes binding the boy.

"Well it's not like you got here all that fast." He snaps, tugging the rest of it off himself.

"Do you really expect me to be here immediately when I've saved you from this same spot eight times?" I lift him from the chair, attempting to steady the idiot.

"I suppose not." He holds up his arms like a two year old. I smirk, picking him up. "H-Hey!"

"I thought you wanted to be held, baby." I whisper. I'd say we're close enough for me to joke with him.

"I was stretching!" He pushes against my chest. I float a few feet higher.

"If you keep doing that you'll fall. At this height it could cause damage." I smirk, flying out of the hole in the roof.

"D-don't drop me!" He wraps his arms around my neck, staring at the ground with a sickly expression.

"I got you." I pat his back gently. "Remind me where you live again?"

I sit on the edge of the balcony, letting the bluenette slip off my lap. I stand to leave, but he grabs my wrist, pulling me back.

"You saved me again. Let me at least make you dinner or something." He blushes. I rest myself on the ground once more, grabbing his hand and leaning in towards his face.

"What makes you think I trust you that much?" I whisper in his ear, sending visible shivers through him.

"I just wanted to do something nice for you." He grumbles, making no attempt to step back.

"I'm a much better cook, I can assure you." I laugh it off. He pouts a little.

"I'm trying to make it up to you. Anything else in mind?"

"How about.... ice cream. We'll go out for ice cream the next time I rescue you." I float back out to the balcony.

"See ya!" My little bluenette waves from inside. I know he wouldn't hear me, so I wave back, flying quickly to my apartment.

I land in front of a building near it, walking inside. The receptionist of the rundown hotel pays no mind. I quickly find a bathroom, locking myself in a stall so I can put my work clothes back on.

I change quickly, putting the black suit into my briefcase. I can't believe I just got a date. Me, the 'hero' of the city, the guy running the meetings, I have a date. I like him too! Wow, it's been so long since I've actually liked someone. I can feel my heartbeat, that's how excited I am.

I walk out of the bathroom, avoiding the front desk, and slip out a side door. I jog to the next building over, an apartment complex. I need to check my phone. I unlock it while jogging up the stairs. No emails? No messages? Awesome! No extra work for once. Where did I put my keys? Right! I pull them out of my pocket and walk inside, making sure to lock the door behind me.

"What took you so long? I was bored." I jump at the voice.

"Nakamura?! What are you doing in my living room?!!!!" I stomp over, attempting to scare her off. Instead, she sits up calmly, flicking my nose.
