Karma POV

"My crazy runs threw my blood!" Nagisa screams into his mic, bobbing his head along.

"We can feel it. We can- we can feel it." The other boys on stage dance with him.

"The insanity's in our veins! We're demented, deranged, delirious, there's nothing you can do for us." The lights go out and the band finishes the song. Nagi exits the stage towards me, opening his arms once he releases I'm in front of him.

"You sounded as scary as ever." I pull him to my chest once he's close enough.

"You should carry me. I deserve it." He holds onto my arm.

"Of course, your majesty."

"Shiota! Open up!" Nagisa tenses at the voice through the door. Kaede, we get that you manage shit, give him a break. I want some alone time with him.

"Karma..." He's kidding. I don't want to have to sit here while they talk business. I back up, admiring the small bruise forming on his shoulder as I pull his collar straight again. He still looks like a bit of a hot mess. I grab a hair tie and quickly pull his hair back into a man-bun. This new haircut is pretty great styling wise. I give him a nod and he hops off of the edge of the bed, waddling to the door. "What?" He smiles at her.

"I swear, we are still placing on charts! This is the best! Are you free for a minute, though? I have a few things I want input on from each of the band members." She starts flipping through papers on a clipboard. "Mind if I come in?" He won't say he does but I certainly fucking will. I get up from my spot on the bed and hug him from behind.

"He's busy." I say it before she can even start up the steps inside. She looks up from where she was trying to place her foot to be wide-eyed and embarrassed.

"Oh! I'm sorry, I'll come back later!" She scurries off without another word.

"She knows I'm always here after shows, right?"

"She's getting into the new roll. Give her time." He turns back around to lean into my chest.

"I would, but I don't like people interrupting my fun." I lift him by the armpits, twirling him a little before letting him rest on my waist, still facing me, of course.

"You little shit."

I hum a new tune, stirring eggs. Nagi slides his arms around my middle for a hug, leaning into my back. He grumbles something in sleepy language and puts his freezing hands just under the hem of my shirt.

"You decided to wake up?" I lay one hand over the arms at my stomach. He squeezes.

"Shush, what's for breakfast?" He yawns and lightens his grip, stepping back until his hands are on my hips lightly.

"This is my breakfast. I'm not sharing." I stay facing the stove so he can't see the grin tugging at my lips.

"Karmaaaaa, pleeeeaaase." I look over my shoulder as he sticks out his bottom lip. I'm tempted to start something that could progress, but there's eggs on the stove, and we have to work.

"Fine, I'll share for a kiss." I turn towards him, smirking a little as he fakes a pout. After a couple seconds a raise a brow. He smiles as he leans onto me, standing on his toes to reach my lips. I let go of the spatula and set it behind me on the counter so I can run my fingers through his freshly brushed hair.

"Now what's for breakfast?"

Nagisa POV

I walk into the house, throwing my keys onto the table and sitting in the living room. Today was exhausting. It really was just statistic talk with all of the band. All I remember is that people seemingly like it when some certain chord is sung or whatever.

"Nagi? Are you home?" Karma's upstairs.

"Yea!" I give him a half shout. He can hear me, he has good ears. He pokes his head down the stairwell before jumping down, landing, and stumbling over to me. His fingers are wrapped in the hem of his shirt. He's nervous.

"Can I try something?" There it is. He wouldn't look this nervous if he thought I'd like it. What could it be? New cooking style? Did he make something?

"Go ahead." I smile as softly as I can for support as he grabs one of the acoustic guitars lining the living room wall. I really should get rid of some of these.

He half smiles, sitting on the floor and gesturing me to do the same. He takes a deep breath, plays a couple notes, and starts to sing. His voice is smooth and soft, around a low tenor range. He smiles nervously while spouting professions of love and admiration. It's the most wonderful thing I've ever heard.

"That was beautiful!" I run up to hug him immediately after he finishes.

"Really?!" He holds me tighter, probably still revving from the adrenaline of his first performance. I know I sure as hell would be.

"That was the best thing I've ever heard. I loved it." I could never write nor sing something that soft and loving.

"I didn't think you'd be impressed." The fuck?!

"Why wouldn't I?! You sang a song for me! I don't get to hear you sing enough." The last time I heard him sing was when he was trying to get me to go to sleep after a bad day.

"You're a famous singer, Nagi! I couldn't be good enough to impress you."

"But you are." You always will be.

A/n FINISHED MY LAST FINAL TODAY! I'm now officially on summer vacation sooooooooo WRITING TIIIIIME!!
