It had to be him.. I was 100% sure of it. His face.. all those facial features.. it all came back to me.

But then a part of me thought I'm the insane one here. That all of this is just a big hallucination and the only reason I'm seeing him now is because I've gotten insane.

He is dead I mean.. I saw his corpse with my own eyes. I really don't know what to believe.

Maybe it's his doppelgänger, but then also it couldn't have been because the way he looked at me.. it was as if he knew exactly who I was.

Not to mention he immediately screamed at me to go away, it had to be him.. it just had to.

I ran back to the place where Namjoon was waiting for me, he was sitting on the bench while looking around the place.

I immediately ran towards him while calling his name.

"NAMJOON! NAMJOON!" I shouted.

He quickly sat up and ran towards to me not knowing what was going on and why I was shouting. "WHAT? Did something happen? What happened?" He asked as he grabbed both of my arms are looked straight at me.

"J-Jungkook.. " I said while breathing heavily.

"What?"

"It was him, I SAW HIM!" My eyes began to water and was on the verge of crying.

"(Y/N) please, you promised you wouldn't speak of him" he reminded me.

"I'm not lying, It was definitely him!"

Namjoon sighed. "..and how are you so sure? Where is he?"

"He.. he ran away and vanished before I could chase after him.."

He placed his hands on my shoulders and pressed gently while looking straight into my eyes.

"You said yourself you saw him not alive anymore, you said yourself that he was dead. (Y/N) I know you're extremely upset about that and you're probably now even hallucinating him because of that." He pointed out.

"B-but it-"

"Come on, I bet you're just really hungry, let's go to a nice restaurant and order you a lot of food. How about chicken? it's the best when you're hungry!" He asked me while walking away from the park.

(A/N: Cough cough Lenny face)

"What's the matter, are you not hungry?" He asked me in concern as I played with my food with a fork.

"Do you not like what I ordered? I'll order something else for you then"

"No no, there's no need to do that, I'm just suddenly not hungry.. but I guess I'll eat a little" I said while forcing myself to swallow a spoon full of rice.

Namjoon knew the exact reason why (Y/N) wasn't hungry. He became upset there wasn't anything he could do to make her forget about him and smile for real once. He just wanted to be the bigger brother who was always there for her but he failed , and he hated the fact that he did.

After we ate, I was feeling tired and it was night so we decided to go back our vacation house.

I didn't feel sleepy at all because I was thinking of too much things. Actually, it's been a long time since I've actually had a proper good sleep without some nightmare or wake up in the middle of night.

The next day I ate a chocolate bar for breakfast. We walked all around the village today, I bought a few things too, but I kept looking all around, just to see if I would catch a glimpse of jungkook again. But he was no where to be found. Maybe it was just fake after all.

8:00pm
After dinner we decided to walk home since Namjoon felt tired. Namjoon immediately jumped on his bed and shut his eyes as soon he came in.

"Is it alright if I go outside for a walk?" I asked him.

"Yeah yeah yeah, just don't come late and stay near, or else I'll get worried" he mumbled.

"Yeah yeah yeah I got it, ok bye"

He lifted his hand and did a tiny wave still with his eyes shut.

I took my torch with me just in case I can't fully see, but surprisingly everything was visible as I glimpsed outside while shutting the door behind me.

It was a starry night sky with not even one sign of clouds, I could see the sky so clearly. There was a slight breeze that touched my cheek and the leaves of the trees rustled ever so quietly. I could hear the leaves crunching as I pressed down on them. It was definitely a perfect night.

It somehow made me feel calm because everything was ever so peaceful. I forgot all about my worries and my mind was just focused on the beauty of nature.

There was woods surrounding our house but I saw two pathways, one looked like the way to the village and the other looked as if it went straight through the woods.

I chose the way through the woods and walked for about ten minutes.

Suddenly I heard a howl, I decided to ignore it because it looked at If it was far.

Then I heard a bark, still the sound was far.
But then, the sound of the bark increased more and more.

I started to get a little worried and made my way the opposite direction, back to the house.

I could then hear the bark a few meters away from me, and that's when I immediately sprinted. It was night and I was in the woods after all, there could be dangerous wild animals here.

From running too fast, I accidentally didn't look where I was going and what was beneath me which resulted in me tripping over the root of a tree. My torch fell and I couldn't reach out to grab it on time.

As my body hit the ground, I groaned in pain because my ankle began to suddenly hurt, I must have sprained it.

It was then too late, just about three meters the animal was near me, I couldn't see it though since my flashlight was too far away from me.

Suddenly, I heard the footsteps of the animal as began to charge at me.

It sunk its teeth into me for a slight second and then let go. I screamed because of the state I was in. The animal was smaller than a wolf or a grown dog, even though it was small, oh boy it was viscous.

"CLOUD NO!" I heard someone shouting.

"BAD DOG! STOP IT THIS INSTANT!" He warned.

I quickly reached out, grabbed the torch and shone it directly on the guys face.

It was almost as if my heart skipped a beat, my blood pressure began to rise. I blinked a few times to confirm what I was seeing was real.

His eyes became wide as he looked at who I was.

"Jungkook, wha- how are you- is it r-really you?"

He paused for a few seconds and bit his lip.

He looked away "Can you please stop saying that name, like I said, you have been mistaken, that is not who I am" he said.

" Don't you dare say that, I know it's you for sure, now that I've seen you twice.. I know it's real, I know you are real!"

"You're annoying and bothering me, I'm leaving." He whined.

"STOP! You are not leaving me here!" I shouted.

"JUST GET OUT OF MY LIFE (Y\N)!" He screamed.

.. and that.. was when he knew accidentally ruined his plan.
