-[ Day before disappearance, 1 year ago // JUNGKOOKS POV ]-

"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!" I shouted.

I said it, I just had to say it. I wanted to burst it out so badly to her but I was too much of a coward to.

She froze and stared at me, no knowing at all what to say and was speechless.

I turned around and walked to my bed, I sat down and placed my hands on my knees while looking at them.

I wanted to scream, scream so loudly. How could she worry about me when she should be worrying about herself?

Now she's over here telling me she won't stop. I didn't want to speak to her anymore, I was too furious.

She finally turned around and left.

I got up and kicked the side of my bed really hard, not caring how much pain my leg made.

"DAMN IT!" I shouted.

Laying in my bed for about 2 hours trying to sleep, my eyes began be droopy and I finally managed to fall asleep.

My dream was rather pleasant, I was with my father and we both sat on a boat surround by a lake.

I could feel my fishing line starting to move, I must have caught a fish!

"Papa! I think I got something!" I said happily.

I pulled my rod back and saw a massive silver fish wobbling at the end of the line.

"Pull it in son!" He said to me.

I immediately tried to pull it in but suddenly its tail hit my face and managed to fall back into the water with a huge splash.

Papa burst out laughing. I scoffed but then joined with him.

I shot my eyes open as I felt someone grabbing both of my arms forcefully and pulling me up.

Two men.. I knew those men, I've definitely seen them before.

The ones who work for Mia.

"Wha- what do you think you're doing?" I asked.

They simply ignored me.

I began to scream as I knew what situation I was in. One of the men put their hand on my mouth so I could shut up.

He looked at the other and the other one nodded.

He raised his fist high in the air and swung it at my direction.

I opened my eyes slowly, everything was blurry to me but it started to focus, I was in a vehicle.

I had a huge pain in my head, it was ringing.

There was two people sitting next to me, probably the ones I encountered when...

when...

Wait a second, what am I even doing here? What is she planning now?

I just want to know when will she give up on treating me like a toy.

I looked out the window and saw trees.. so many trees. I must have been in a forest.

Suddenly, the car stopped. The men opened the door and got out, they reached their hands out and grabbed my arms.

I felt too tired to struggle, I was still half asleep.

They pulled me out of the car and dragged me to an old building, the walls were grey and dull, there was small windows with bars on it. The building was actually small. Am I being sent here now?

They dragged me inside, the whole place was dusty and filthy, it didn't look like anyone has been here for a long while.

I suddenly saw what looked like a cell, the door was wide open and I was sure that's the place I'll be in.

Right when they were dragging me in, I immediately stood myself and got free from their hands. They didn't expect me to wake up and do these sudden actions so they weren't paying attention to me that much.

Once they knew what was going on, they charged right at me. I punched one of them in the face and kicked the other in the stomach, I'm finally free.. I can finally be free.

The one who got punched grabbed a hold of my arms preventing me to move them. I struggled to make him let go but he was too strong.

The other one got up from the ground.

He assisted the other guy and grabbed me.

"You know what? Let's not go to your new room just yet" One man said to me with a smirk.

The other one looked at him, "Well.. she did tell us we can do anything to him"

I didn't know what they meant, but then changed their minds and took me to another room.

This room didn't have a bed or window.

This room was bigger than the blank room the institute, it had pipes surrounding the walls and I could water dripping.

There was two things there though...

A chair with cuffs where I suspect the arms are supposed to be, and wires connected from the chair to a device at the side of the room.

I'm hoping it's not what I think it is.. it can't be..

They both threw me at the chair and locked my arms to the cuffs, they also tied up my legs to the chair with a rope.

I was completely trapped.

"P-please.. don't.." I slowly mumbled to them.

"We are going to give you a lesson..

And I want you to remember it from now on.

Try to run away again.. and you'll face this again.." he said to me with a sly smile.

He walked towards the device and turned a switch on.

The machine began to light up, in the middle of it, there was a scale.

I was scared it would be what I was thinking..

But it was true.

"No.. no.. you can't do this, PLEASE!" I begged. My eyes began to water.

"IM BEGGING YOU, DONT DO IT PLEA-"

I immediately began to scream as I could feel a huge amount of shock coming from my arms.

My whole body vibrated, my head was in antagonising pain as I was being electrocuted.
