This is it,

This is the end,

All my life ive been tethered,

Tethered to my parents,

To childhood saftey,

To routine and rules,

And here I am,

Standing on the edge of childhoods cliff,

Looking off the edge and into the void,

Its beautiful,

In a lonely tragic way,

A lot like space,

All the twilnkleing possibilities,

And the dark scary truths,

Gravity shifitinng,

Pulling me toward a directionless nothing,

I see it,

And im scared,

Still tethered i stand on the brink,

And brace myself for oblivion.
