Anna

It's Wednesday now.

Since our class for today will start at noon, I decided to jog, err, more like walk, up until the nearby town. I need to get fresh morning air. Besides, I also want to clear my head from raging thoughts inside my brain.

It's a little bit refreshing and tiring at the same time. Wait, I know that the coffee shop that sells good ice-cold chocolate is kinda located in this part of the town. What's its name again? Umm... Coffee crazy? Cozy coffee?

Aha! There you are!

It's Coffee Cozy! Ha-ha, I almost forgot the name.

Don't tell me there's a bunch of people again. And please, I just want my ice-cold chocolate - not mocha.

I get in and head to the counter. Looks like there aren't lots of people today.

"Good morning Ma'am, what would you like to have?" the counter girl asks.

"One order of ice cold chocolate and..." should I buy something for Cindy?

"...two cheesecake and one butterscotch." I say. I think butterscotch will be fine for Cindy. She's always on a diet after all.

"Okay Ma'am, I will repeat..." as she repeats what I order, I need to get a good seat. Hmm, where should I be? I don't want to seat with so many people surrounding me, I guess, I'll take the seat on that far corner —

"Please wait for a while Ma'am." she says. Wait a minute — who's that guy seating there? He's sitting an unenthusiastic slouch.

"Ma'am, do you know that person?" the counter girl asks. Huh? Do I know the guy? She's asking me if I know that - wait, he looks familiar.

"Ma'am, if you know him, please accompany him out of our restaurant. We will make your orders free in exchange of that." wait, what? My orders for free?

"Hey, I'm not sure if I know him." I say, still looking to the guy.

"He's a regular customer that's why we value him, however, the supervisor will soon arrive and our manager doesn't have a choice but to shoo him away." why?

"What happened to him?" I blurt out. Wait, wait wait, he seems to be —

"He was drunk Maam; good thing Wednesday is not a busy day for us. He seems to be sleeping now after he ordered for a cup of coffee." drunk? Ah, that's good thinking, getting drunk and head to a coffee shop to sweep away the booze from alcohol.

"Here's your order Ma'am, free of charge, please just escort him out of our restaurant." Wait, I'm not sure if I know him.

"Oh, I'm not so sure if I know him. I can't —"

"Look at him closely Ma'am. Here, please take your order. Thank you, Maam." the girl says and then bow at me. How - okay, I need to confirm. And so, I walk towards the far corner of the shop.

His figure is becoming clearer now,

oh my gosh...

"It's really you." I say to myself. Wait! I don't have the responsibility to, t- to escort him! I don't even know him, his name and, ah! I resign!

"Hey, can you hear me?" I shake him. Oh, is that a good thing to do? What if he vomits? Oh yes, I should stop.

"Hey, um, I need to escort you out of this place, please wake-up now." I am poking him now on his back.

"Hey, you need to leave now. The supervisor will arrive soon." I am still poking him.

"Hey, come on now. Please wake-up already..." arrgh! That's it! I put down my order on the table and sit next to him and I will now shake him with full force using my two hands! I'm impatient now!
