Your face I see at night.

Your voice I hear at day.

But my heart is not beating for you.

Anna

"Goodness, Anna Sparks!" Guess who. She inhales sharply and starts pacing around me, again.

"Where have you been?!" she's now shaking me and her brows are looking funny with her mad mood right now.

"Don't you know that I'm soooo worried about you, huh?!" She decided to stop shaking me, but then she's got her half-naked body in front of my two innocent eyes. Given that I knock on her door without knowing that she's in the middle of changing her clothes. Her breath gets sharp again.

"No calls, no replies, not even a message! Not even a single damn message saying that, 'hey Cindy, chillax. I'm alive and still kicking' - NONE!" Her rage is really noticeable. And I must do something to disrupt her rage, or else...

"Hey, relax Cindy. Remember, I left you a note, right? —"

"A note? A NOTE?! that NOTE?!" Err, I guess I should just keep my mouth shut up.

"Are you kidding me, Anna Sparks?" Well, I'm not kidding you Cindy. And what's with my full name? But of course, I don't want to blurt those words out. Not with the raging Cindy in front of me. Breathe, Anna, you can handle this.

"Okay, my fault. I wasn't able to reply to your messages because there's no... signal on the area." I say, sheepishly.

"Huh?" she tilts her head as if weighing down whether she can trust me or not. Perhaps, I should make myself believable.

"I went camping!" I blurt out. That's the only acceptable reason I can come up with.

"You went what?" Her shoulders become a little relax, just a little. I need to be more convincing.

"Camping. I decided to go camping and reunite myself with nature." I stand, walking a little far from her as if just pacing casually. "You know, fresh air, birds tweeting, clear skies, what a perfect therapy for me - to clear my head..." I stop in front of her and gently touch her shoulders. With that, she finally relaxes.

"Oh, Annie!" She hugs me in such a tight manner, makes me think that it is completely equal to her rage before. Poor Annie.

"You must've told me about that... You know how worried I could be when it comes to you..." And that's the truth. And I bet, she'll definitely search the entire country if I won't appear as soon as possible.

"You know, if you didn't show up on my door today, I'm going to contact my parents and swallow my pride to get help from them - just to find you!" she exclaims. See? I can't hide the giggles anymore, but she's still hugging me.

"Are you laughing at me? Don't you dare, Annie!" With her accusation, she finally let me go and I feel like finally able to breathe air again. We come to face each other and both of us have that lunatic grin on our faces.

"Want to watch a movie before studying later for exams?" She suggests out of the blue, wait, what? Exams? What exams? She notices my widen eyes and stun expression with my mouth slightly hanging. And after just a while, her mouth forms a letter o and her eyes widen at me - in horror.

Shoot.

"Annie... Don't tell me..." She's moving her head from left to right in utter disbelief while I still can't say a word.
