Riley's pov

(Few weeks later normal high school stuff)

Today was cheer tryouts I had my round off full and I masters the dance. I was next in line to go. "Riley Hayes." I walked in "standing tumbling" I did my full and landed it yes. they looked impressed. "running tumbling" I did round off full step out into a round off back handspring tuck. I hit the dance spot on and the cheer. The judge was smiling "it will be posted Friday." it was Wednesday.

(Fast forward to friday.)

I woke up and was so excited. I woke up before shawn and curled my hair. Why am I excited to find out if I made the cheer team? I don't really know. I cooked breakfast a 6 cause I was bored while Shawn was getting ready. We got in the car and I couldn't stop moving. "Are you ok?" he looked a little worried. "I need to make the cheer team." I say and I mean it. I get into the school and see the list some girls were crying and I got a little scared.

I got a little nervous as I read basket ball and foot ball cause that's what I wanted.

I screamed when I saw my name. I ran over to shawn. "Guess who's a cheerleader?" I laugh.
