Jungkook had dropped Paige off a couple of streets away from the dealership. She'd lost count of how many times he had asked her on the way over whether she wanted to wait in the car and let him talk to Hoseok. She'd already explained to him how if Jackson was watching the dealership, he would find it odd that Jungkook was seeking Hoseok immediately after he had been to his bar. No one was looking for her - not looking like this anyway.
She walked through the streets to the dealership with her hat pulled down low. She stuffed her hands into the pockets of her hoodie as she kept her eyes trained on the ground, only looking up to check that she was still heading in the right direction. As she looked up, she caught sight of two familiar figures standing on the opposite side of the road. She tried not to over-react as she moved herself further among the crowd. They were crossing the road towards her...relax, Paige, relax...
She didn't breathe the entire time that they were near her, scared that they would somehow recognise her. They didn't even spare her a glance as she quickly walked into the dealership. She moved her hat up slightly, looking around. She couldn't see Hoseok anywhere. She walked around the entire place twice before she caught sight of him. He was dealing with a customer, full of enthusiasm. She stood back, waiting for him to finish.
"Excuse me Mister, can I help you today?" Another salesman had approached her. She looked down, waving her hand at him to tell him she was okay. He looked at her suspiciously before walking over to Hoseok. He tapped him lightly on the shoulder as he took over his current customer. Hoseok shot Paige a look before he started walking slowly towards her. She knew that she had to get him in private.
She took off running, aware that Hoseok was running behind her. She needed to get somewhere quiet, somewhere that she could actually speak to him openly. He caught up to her behind the office building, slamming her hard into the wall.
"Now I know you ain't stupid enough to try and steal from right in front of my face, boy." He was stood behind her back, Paige's face pressed hard against the wall as he twisted her arm up behind her. "What are you doing here? Who sent you?" He was holding her arm up, pressure building in her elbow.
"Hos-" She tried to reason with him but the more he was pushing on her arm, the harder it became to speak.
"Not even a boy! Someone's sent a girl to do their dirty work! Someone's feeling ballsy." He flipped her around, slamming her back roughly into the wall. She kept her head down as he placed a hand on either side of her head. She had to take control of the situation, he would just have to forgive her for it later.
She took his legs away from him in a sweeping motion, his body hitting the floor hard, face-first. She didn't give him one second to react, pinning his hands behind his back as she sat on top of him.
"Who the fuck-" Paige cut him off quickly as he barked.
"Shut up Hoseok! Just shut the fuck up!" She didn't want the wrong people hearing. Hoseok had managed to push her away from him, sending her falling backwards. He looked at her carefully before ripping her hat from her head. It took a few pins with it, her hair falling into her face. Hoseok sank back onto his knees. She pushed her hair out of her face, snatching her cap back and jamming it unceremoniously onto her head.
