Chapter Four
Harry POV
Her skin was hot on mine, her arms not knowing what to do in this situation. Laughing into the kiss, I take her arms and put them around my neck, making her body shift so that she was facing me, my hands pulling her by her hips to bring her onto my lap. Taking a mental note, I reminded myself that I needed to be slow with Andy, being that there was going to be no rush into anything. And also, I knew that Niall would have my neck if I tried anything else with her.
She started to relax in the kiss, her head tilting to the other side as the kiss deepened, turning into a full makeout session. It was Kissing 101 and right now, she was getting an A in all the subjects. My body ached for her touch, more so than it has with anyone else I’ve been with. Andy was different, she made me feel like a totally different person and made me want her in ways I didn’t even know was possible till now. But soon I knew I would have to stop but I just didn’t want to. Everything was going well and I didn’t want this to end. It sent shivers down my spine feeling her on me, the electricity running through my body.
Finally I pulled away, thinking that I would have to gasp for air but being taken by surprise seeing that I wasn’t even tired or out of breath. We must’ve been kissing for 15 minutes straight, the longest I’ve ever kissed anyone. Her cheeks were red and she buried her head in my neck, hiding her blushing face from me.
“No babe,” I said as I pulled her away from me but not too far, just enough for me to look into her eyes. “Don’t hide from me.”
“What is this Harry,” she questioned, not knowing how to take this all in. “I’m so confused on how this came to be, but I’m not all against it either. I wish I could make you stay with me, just a little longer. But I know I can’t force you to do anything.”
“I don’t know either Andy,” I said, brushing away some of her hair out of her eyes that had fallen from her bangs. “But I don’t want it to end.”
Her eyes lit up, knowing what I meant.
“So you mean…”
I nodded my head and she took me in her small embrace. Her scent was something close to Anne’s strawberries and champagne but much stronger, sweeter in a way that was also somewhat old, like fine wine. Her scent was like a drug to me, something I couldn’t get enough of. I buried my face in the crook of her neck, my nose nudging her head to the side so that I could get slower, deeper. It was such a comforting thing that I wish that I didn’t have to pull away and end the moment.
“Are you positive,” she asked, still holding onto me. I nodded my head.
“You have to take this,” she said pulling away from me and holding out this red colored liquid. I scrunched up my nose at it at first. She giggled.
“I know, but it’s not as bad as it smells. Trust me.”
I nodded my head, taking the drink in my hand and pulling it to my lips, gulping it down. She was right, it didn’t taste as bad as it smelled. It had this type of tangy taste to it, yet something sweet. It was actually really good.
“You have to drink at least one a day,” she tells me once I finish it.
“I’ll make sure the fridge is stocked with it, so all you have to do is at least grab one. Otherwise than that, you can eat whatever you want when you’re hungry.”
I nodded my head again.
“Andy, I want to live as humanly as possible, if that makes sense? I don’t want anything to change. And I certainly don’t want Anne learning about this. She’s human, I want a human, normal life for her.”
