Chapter Seventeen

Before you start reading this chapter, i changed a few things. Holland is no longer playing Lilly being as i didn't see her being that character anymore. Holland is much more stronger than Lilly and more dramatic so i hope you see why she doesn't quite fit. So instead, i have Danielle Campbell from The Originals playing her. I like her much better and she kind of fits my image for Lilly.

Anyways, happy reading and don't forget to vote and comment please xx

Harry POV

Flashback…

“Niall, I was wondering if you knew where my- oh… sorry,” I said awkwardly as I ran my fingers through my matted hair, blushing as I ruined their little moment. I rubbed the back of my neck, string right at Lilly. Why couldn’t I fucking move?

She looked at Niall before walking over to me, arms stretched out in front of her to hug me. I smiled brightly, wrapping my arms around her as I placed my chin on top of her head. She smiled back at me.

“I’ve missed you, Lilly,” I said as I burrowed my head further into her hair, taking in the scent of her.

“I’ve missed you too, Haz,” she commented back, her head in my chest.

“Don’t leave like that ever again.” I pointed at her jokingly. She just giggled, pushing my hand away and hugging me again.

“I promise.”

Present…

I shake away the small memory, thinking back how easy things were compared to now. All we had to worry about was He coming to kill both Niall and Lilly. Looking back on it now, that part was cake.

Looking back on the relationship I had with Lilly, I began to miss how close we really were. She was another best friend of mine and all that changed when she killed me; well, more so when He killed me. Right then, realization hit me, it wasn’t her that killed all those people but it was Him that did so. There wasn’t much for her to do besides watch as he took over her entire being and watch her worst nightmare unfold. I needed to go to her and apologize, or at least say something to make this somewhat better.

As I was getting up, I felt lightheaded as dizzy, the room spinning around me before my knees gave out and I fell, everything going black around me.

Niall POV

I ran as fast as I possibly could in order to make my way to Lilly. Once I got closer to her and Harry’s house, I could smell her scent shift into a deeper part of the woods before coming up to an abandoned cottage like place. The walls were dark, all covered with vines as the wood was giving away at the place. Why on earth would she be here?

I made my way to the front door, hearing it creak as I placed my hand on it, pushing it lightly so it gave me more room to slip inside. There were candles around the small, tight place, giving it some light as I got closer. In the middle of the room was a desk and on that desk was a thick book. I approached it, the book turned out to be a spell book and my throat caught in my throat as I read the bold letters at the top of the page.
