Drinking Problem

I remember when I was 14, I got a drinking problem...and now its coming back. Just being stressed and losing people that I have loved, its difficult. Plus I'm kind of an isolated person, I let Clary in and only Clary because we know each other and trust each other.

I look around the corner and see Simon and Clary together, shit. Oh and also Jace, I watch as a girl spills tequila on him which makes me laugh. He looks my way and I quickly hide my face. I hear his footsteps come my way but I shoot past him and rush out the door.

"Fallon!" I hear Clary yell.

Im in deep shit now.

I hear someone knock on my door and I tell them to go away but typical, they don't listen. Clary walks in and sits down on my bed.

"Whats causing you to drink this time" She asks.

"Its just one drink Clary, nothing major"

"It was a pretty big deal last time Fay, I cont want this to happen again-"

"And it won't." I interrupt "I told you. It was just one drink"

She rubs my back and leaves the room.

"I wish you were still here Josie" I start to tear up.

The door knocks once again and I open it to find Grandmother.

"Hey Grandma" I weakly smile.

"Hello Fallon. I thought since you are a Herondale you should watch how we work. I need to talk to a werewolf about a shadow hunter killing, would you like to watch how it's done?"

"Sure"

Turns out the werewolf is Luke. I watch as Jace and Alec bring him in and sit him down in the chair.

"A week ago you demanded the destruction of the Soul Sword, a demand which is even impossible to consider. Which leads me to wonder, is this killing an act of revenge on the Clave?"

Your kidding, she thinks Luke killed the shadow hunter?

"You think I would murder a shadow hunter?" asks Luke.

"We all know about your temper Lucian."

"This is ridiculous" I say "I've known Luke pretty much my whole life. He wouldn't do this."

"Some people change Fallon"

"Yeah some. But some is not Luke"

I storm out of the room. I need a drink, so I head to the Hunter's Moon.

" A shot of tequila please" I ask the girl with black curls.

"You look a bit young, do you have an ID?" she asks.

I get out my fake ID and show her.

"Alright 1 shot of tequila coming right up" she smiles.

1 shot turned out to be 4. While having my 5th shot I hear someone say I'm here on Clave business. I turn around to see Jace, what is he doing here? What does the Clave want? I keep my head down low so he isn't able to see me.

"Clave business, do I curtsy?" says the girl Maia.

"Do you really want to? Is there any mundanes in here?"

Maia shakes her head.

"We have to put GPS implants in every downworlders neck"

What the hell? This is ridiculous.

"You have got to be kidding me. Hey everybody! The Clave wants to implant tracking chips in all of us like pets"

Shit bout' to go downnnn.

"This is just temporary until we find the killer. We can get this done without any violence." Jace explains.

"Wheres the fun in that?" Maia smirks.

She punches the other shadow hunter in the stomach and Jace in the face. She does it again and he looks dizzy. Maia just keeps punching and punching him, I can't let this keep happening. I run over in between them.

"Stop!" I yell.

"Fallon? What are you doing here, why do you smell like tequila?" asks Jace.

"Fallon?" Maia says surprised "On your ID it says your name is Jaqui."

Jace takes me back to the institute and tells me what happened with Clary. I rush to her room and see she is still asleep.

"She'll be okay" Jace tells me "Now tell me why you were at the Hunter's Moon, again"

"No."

"Fallon-"

"No Jace! We may be related but that doesn't mean you have to be like some big brother!" I yell and that shuts him up.

"Whats with all the yelling?" Clary asks.

"Clary!" I say with joy.

"What happened?"

Jace explains everything that happened.

Jace told Clary about me being at the Hunter's Moon so now I am under house arrest..or institute arrest. This is ridiculous.
