Daisy's P.O.V

When we got to the party, the street was lined with cars, and I could see colorful lights shining throughout the windows of one apartment, and I heard music. It was a girl singing about taking a selfie or something I think?

I opened my door before Joey could do it for me, but I waited for him to get out of the car before walking to the front door, considering I didn't know ANYONE here.

"So what should I introduce you as?" Joey asked as he walked along side me to the door. "What do you mean?" I looked at him strangely "I mean, you aren't my girlfriend anymore" his voice cracked in the middle, and I could tell he's sad about us not being together.

I'm not going to lie, I am too, but I know it's for the best.

"How about you just introduce me as Daisy?" I smiled at him, trying to relieve some of the awkwardness we both felt. "Okay. I guess that makes some since, considering that is your name" he teased, causing me to roll my eyes.

When we reached the front door, instead of knocking he just walked right in and led me straight to the kitchen. "Are you ready for this?" He asked as he grabbed a glass bottle of light pink liquid and poured it into a red plastic cup along with some red sugary looking powder from a small paper bag "I guess so" I moved out of the way as a few guys stumbled past me, one stopping to take an extra long look at me.

Joey noticed, but he didn't say anything, thank god. He just walked around the counter to the side that I was on, and handed me the drink. "What's it taste like?" I asked, taking in the sweet scent of the red liquid in the cup "Just drink it" he gently pushed the cup to my lips.

I took a small sip, and tasted the cool liquid. It tasted almost like a Swedish fish or a gummy bear "Woah. That's really good" I said, taking another sip of the drink, this one slightly bigger than the other. "Okay slow down there. I don't know how high your alcohol tolerance is" he smiled, taking a sip of the drink he had just made for himself.

He led me through the crowd of drunk people and over to a girl with long brown curly hair and pearly white teeth. "Meghan, this is Daisy" I heard Joey say, speaking over the music. "Oh you must be Joeys girlfriend!" She said in my ear as she hugged me. I held my drink carefully, trying my best not to spill the delicious sugary concoction.

"No-ah-we-we aren't together anymore" Joey fumbled his words and I could see the sadness in his eyes as he took another small sip of his drink. Meghan gave him a sympathetic look, and I just stood there awkwardly.

I looked down into my cup, and saw that it was already half empty. Woah. When did that happen? I shrugged my shoulders at my internal thought and downed the rest of the drink.

My vision was a little blurry, but soon I was face to face with a girl, who had short, light brown hair, and she was dancing with a tall guy, who had dark emo hair. "Daisy, this is Kalel and Anthony" Joey introduced us and I smiled, hugging them both, and taking Joeys drink from his hand as I pulled away from Anthony.

Joey gave me a strange look, and slowly reached his hand out for the drink. As he got closer, I brought the cup to my lips, and started to drink as I turned around and walked my own path to wherever my body was taking me. "You probably shouldn't drink so much" Joey appeared at my side again. "You have 4 eyes" I started laughing like crazy, feeling the alcohol flowing through my veins, clouding my judgement even more with every sip I took.

"Okay. Your a light weight" Joey smiled before we were approached by a familiar looking man. "Hey Joey" the man said, keeping his eyes on me. "Hey. Daisy, this is Liam Horne. He's a good friend of Sawyers" Joey introduced me to him. "Hi" I smiled and notice the tattoos on his arms, but to me they just looked like colorful blurry blobs. He's kinda cute.

"Is this your girlfriend?" Liam smiled at Joey "No but-"

"Great! Then you won't mind if I dance with her!" Liam took my hand and pulled me away from Joey and into a large group of sweaty people dancing close to each other to the music. He turned me around so my back was against his front, and he started moving to the music. I did the same, letting the alcohol take control of me. As the beat increased, so did our hips, as we dance and laughed with everyone else at the party.
