Joeys P.O.V
"Congratulations! But who the heck is that Dustin guy?!" He looked so familiar... "He was my partner for the shoot" she jumped off the couch and straightened out the cushions.
"Is he nice?" I asked and inched a little closer to her. "Yes. I suppose so" she sat in the corner of the couch. "Oh. Well that's good. He seems so familiar..." I said the last part to myself. "Do you know him?" She looked away from me and rubbed her wrist as I sat next to her.
"I've definitely seen him somewhere before, I just don't know where" I looked at her wrist where she was rubbing, and noticed the corner of a bandage sticking out from the top of her sleeve. She noticed me staring, and quickly covered it. "What's that?" I asked as I reached over to take her wrist.
"Oh it's nothing" she pulled away and looked down. I scooted close to her, so I was practically sitting on her, and hugged her. "Cuddle with me?" I said and rested my head on her shoulder. She smiled and wrapped her arms around me. As soon as she did, I pulled away and took her wrist to look at it. I pulled down her sleeve and saw that her arm was wrapped in gauze, and there were red marks, where there was blood underneath. "Joey-"
"What happened?" I asked as I undid the bandage to inspect her arm. "I said it's nothing" she tried to pull away, but I looked up into her eyes, and gave a silent plea to tell me what happened. "It was an accident. He didn't mean to-"
"Who didn't mean to? Daisy who did this?" My voice came out harsher than I intended and she looked a bit frightened, but quickly recovered.

"Dustin" I said in a whisper. I don't even think he heard me. "Who?" He asked as he re-did the bandage on my wrist. "Dustin" I said louder. "He did that to you?! When? H-how?" He jumped up from the couch.
"It was after the shoot, and he was talking to me in the parking lot, demanding that I go on a date with him" he looked shocked "Then what?"
"Then when I said no he pinned me to my truck and threatened that if I didn't go out with him then things would get 'messy'" I implied air quotes at the end "HE WHAT?!" Joey shouted as he paced back and forth in the living room. I just sat on the couch, nervous and afraid, like a teenage girl waiting for her punishment to be given to her from her enraged parent.
"Joey?" I spoke softly "What!" He shot back at me and stopped pacing. I flinched a little at his words. His face softened and he sat next to me, pulling me into his lap and hugging me. I've never been comforted before, but I think I actually like it..it doesn't make me feel week. It makes me feel..safe..
He cuddled me close and slightly rocked back and forth, in a soothing way. "I'm sorry. Are you okay? Did he touch you anywhere else?" He looked down to me. "No. He didn't touch me anywhere else. I'm fine, as always" I slightly smiled and looked down, fiddling with my hands nervously. He always made me feel nervous, and giddy, but in a good way.
"I don't think your really human" he sighed. "What do you mean?" I looked back up to him. "Never have I ever fee fi fo tever met someone as strong as you" he kissed my nose.
"Weakness isn't an option, my darling" i replied and he put his hand on the back of my neck and pulled me in for a kiss.
Electric volts shot through my body as our lips touched, and I shivered from the feeling of the perfection that we were together. I put my hands around his neck and played with his hair. He moved his hands to my cheeks, but I pulled away before it got heated.
"I have to go to the studio" I said as I went to get up "Noooooooo. Stay, cuddle with me" he whined and held on to me. "I would love to, but I can't. I have to go get my paperwork" I untangled myself from his arms. "Oh no you don't! I'm coming with you!" He said and jumped up and ran out the door to his place to get ready.
