Daisy's P.O.V

I could see Joey at the counter, taking a sip from another red plastic cup, his gaze hard, and his eyes a dark green color. I could see that his lips were flattened into a hard line, after he pulled the cup from his mouth.

I mumbled goodbye to Liam, and walked back over to Joey, being extra cautious not to put both of my feet on the same square of the tile floor of the kitchen.

"Heyyyy" I said, leaning next to him on the counter, taking the drink from his hand and raising it to my lips before he could protest. I took a of the sip of the cool liquid, letting the dull taste fill my mouth.

"This tastes like waterrrr" I dragged out the 'r' at the end of the word. "That's because it is" he took the cup from my hand, taking another sip.

"Ew. That's like second hand kissing. You just kissed me through a plastic cup" I giggle, pointing to the cup in his hand. I could see the smile tugging at his lips, but he made a good effort not to show any sort of emotion other than jealousy.

"Why so glum chum?" I jumped In front of him and playfully punched his stomach multiple times. "I'm not glum" he put his hands up for me to punch instead of his stomach.

"Yes you are. You sit on a throne of lies!" I started lightly jumping up and down as I continued to punch his hands. "I just don't like you dancing with other guys" he shrugged, moving his hands forward to meat my fists half way before they both collided.

"Awe. Is Joey jelly?" I laughed at the word jelly and moved closer to him, seizing my playful assault. "No. I just don't like the idea of other guys touching you" he denied his jealousy and put his pointer fingers through my belt loops, holding me in place. "Well you shouldn't be. I mean you got to kiss me through a plastic cup. Not many guys can say that" I shrugged and rolled my eyes.

"I guess not" he said, pulling me even closer, so that his lips were only center meters away from mine. "I said no kissing. Friends don't kiss" I said, but found myself restraining from pulling away, even though I knew I had too.

"Some friends do" he tried leaning in closer, but I pulled away. "Well we aren't some friends" I smiled and walked away, looking for something to entertain me for the time being. If I would've stayed any longer, I don't know if I would've been able to deny him.

"Where do you think your going" he asked, appearing at my side again. I stopped to think about it, and become certain of my answer before I responded. "I don't really know" I shrugged, walking away again.

As I walked through the house, Joey close behind, acting as my body guard, a certain sight caught my eye. It was Caspar, and he had some girl pinned to the wall and they were kissing. I saw a few strands of blonde hair poke out from the side, and laughed to myself once I realized it was Adrian.

"What's so funny?" Joey asked, at my side again. I just pointed to Adrian and caspar, kissing in the corner like middle schoolers. "Well that ship sailed fast" Joey chuckled as I observed them, realizing how good they look together. Almost like the couples you see in magazines.

"Onward" I pointed forth, and kept moving. I was walking through the crowd of people going who knows where, until I saw a flash of familiar red hair amongst the crowd."Hayley!"I yelled running over to her and Sawyer.

"Ayyyyyeeeeee" she said, draping her arm over my shoulder and moving her now tangled hair out of her face "Hey buddy!" Sawyer slurred patting Joey on the back. After a few seconds, Hayley and I were bored while Sawyer was going on and on abut someone eating vanilla bean frozen yogurt. Apparently, whoever it is, is fine without him.

As Joey tried to figure out what Sawyer was talking about, Haley and I had grown bored "Nows our chance to escape!" I whispered close to her ear so she would hear me over the music "To the kitchen!" She whisper yelled and pointed in the direction of our desired location.

We slowly backed away from a very drunken Sawyer and a newly over protective Joey. Once we were out of sight, we ran straight for the kitchen, and Hayley grabbed a few glass bottles, and began making us drinks. While she was doing that, I turned around looking into the crowd of people, and watching as Sawyer continued dancing, and Joey started looking at all of the people around him, trying to find me, I'm guessing.

"Hurry up waitress!" I laughed, turning around and taking the drink that Haley was holding out for me. "Woo!" she squeaked, before raising the cup to her lips, and downing the drink. I did the same, and as I was finishing, I looked back to the crowd of people, and noticed Joey making his way towards us.

"Quick! They're after us!" I whispered to Haley and pulled her down with me as I ducked beneath the counter. "To the stairs!" She pointed again, and we both erupted in giggles as we sprung up and ran to the stairs.

About half way up, I began getting really dizzy, and I could see black all around my eyes. I just ignored it, and continued walking up the stairs.

With each step I took, I could feel my feet getting heavier and heavier. Haley pulled me forcefully up the rest of the stairs, and all my vision went black.
