Sophia had left me in the hallway due to the fact I was hesitating to walk into Jacks room.
He really was tired so he had already gone into the room leaving the door unlocked.

At this point I continued pacing in front of the door biting my thumb nail waiting for nothing.
Jaeden had come out giving me some basketball shorts and one of his t-shirts to sleep in.

With clothes in my hand and my backpack hanging off one shoulder slowly slipping off I stood in front of the door now as my own eyes became heavy.
-stop being stupid Valerie, just walk in change and go to sleep you're making a big deal out of nothing. It's just Jack.

I let out a shaky breath as my hand landed on the door knob. With sudden realization, I rolled my eyes. Could I be any more of a dumbass this is fucking ridiculous! I opened the door and quickly made my way to the bathroom.
After I changed out of my clothes and opened the bathroom door I got a better picture of this hotel room.
There was only one bed.
One quite large bed.
Just one.

Jack by the looks of it was fast asleep, but he was rustling around like he was still trying to find a comfortable spot.

I slid into the covers but only staying near the edge of the bed for no particular reason.
The sheets were heavy trapping in any heat radiating off my skin.
I was warm and uncomfortable the mattress was lumpy and made noises whenever you moved even an inch. But I was able to fall asleep.

3:35 am 

Neither Jack or myself could find a comfortable position. He was still moving I was still stuck.
My arm was outstretched to where I should've been laying.

3:52 am

Jacks arm had landed on top of mine. My eyes shot open.

"Val? Come here." He mumbled.

I scooted over to the middle. My heart beating faster.
I was facing towards him now.
Closer.
From what I could tell in the dark room he gave me a small tired smile as he drifted off again.

His hand had not let go of mine.

4:16 am

His arm was draped around my waist.
I had eased into his chest.

"I want to stay like this forever." He whispered as he kissed to top of my head.

And we didn't wake up again until the losers came to get us.
