Chapter 25: News On The News
Michael's POV -
She has been gone all night and we are all starting to worry about her, she ran out here in a terrible state and the last thing anyone wants is for her to be in trouble.
All of us are sitting here except for Harry because, well no one knows where he is.
The news lashes up on the screen and the lower box says
'Ellie Goulding rushed to hospital after attempted suicide in a public bathroom'
Everyone's jaws drop, but not before Calum was running towards the door with keys and coat in hand
"Let's go then !" He shouts and we are all out of our seats, running towards the car.
"We're all not gonna fit in here !" I shout and the 1d boys run to their car
Sorted, Calum starts speeding off in no time
Once we get to the hospital we are straight at the desk
"Where is Ellie Goudling ?" I ask
"And who are you ?" She asks
"Her boyfriend" I say not missing a beat
"She is in iscolation as she has suffered severely" She says taking us to the waiting room outside her room
My nails have been bitten right until I can't do it anymore.
"Mikey, mate why did you say you where her boyfriend ?" Luke asks
"I- they wouldn't have told us other wise" I say looking to the ground
He nods as if he believed it
The truth is I am in love with her, I always have been but ... she's with Harry. Probably not now but she always was.
And I'm stuck in the friend zone again and again (5S0S Fans Know What I Mean ;))
I don't know how I am going to tell her but when I do I'm gonna make sure she feels the same.
There's something about her that is so confident but vulnerable at the same time... she's special.
"Ellie Goulding" We all stand up after we hear her name tumble from the doctor's mouth
"What's the news, doc" Lou asks
"It's not good boys, she has been put into a coma for safety otherwise with the wounds she had, then she would have bled out and died. However, while she is out it makes it easier for us to work on her scared arms" He says clinging to his clipboard like it's oxygen
"When can we see her ?" We ask simultaniously
"4 weeks" he says
"What !" Calum shouts
"She is unsteady at the moment and if anyone except us go in then we may have interuption in the system" he says and goes back into Ellie's room
"But we will be on tour then and we wont be able to see her for about a year" Niall says sobbing
Gosh, that boy has grown up with Ellie his whole life and she's getting taken away from all of us for a year.
A lot can change in a year, she could be up and well or well 6 feet under.
