Protective

Based on CaptainSwan1105 's request...Killian gets very protective of Emma after Gideon almost kills her. Set after Emmas fight with Gideon in the finale. Emma and everyone else go to granny's to celebrate winning the final battle.

Emma looked over at Killian who hadn't left her side all night.

She smiled at him and grabbed his hook before leaning her head on his shoulder.

Throughout her family's dinner Emma and Killian never seperated. They held hands underneath the table the entire time and when the time came for them to go they walked home together in silence.

Emma took out her keys and unlocked the door.

"Busy night huh?" She teas3d once they were inside and sitting together on the couch.

Killian chuckled. "I guess you could call it that."

Emma giggled and leaned on his shoulder. "I'd say it was a pretty good day...you know, besides me almost dying."

Killians face fell. "Besides that..."

Emma frowned. "Yeah. That part kinda sucked."

Killians eyes stayed on the floor. Emma lightly turned his head towards her.

"Are you ok?"

Killian met her eyes and gave a weak smile. "I am now. It's just, watching you almost die....I was so afraid I was going to lose you, I just married you and then we were seperated again."

Emma placed a kiss on his lips. "Well now there's no getting rid of me. How about we go out to celebrate?"

Killian chuckled and agreed. 

"Good, let me get changed and then we can go." She kissed him again before going to get changed.

In about 15 minutes they were at a bar right outside of storybooke.

A male bartender came up and got their order. Clearly not understanding personal space.

Killians jaw clenched and he balled his fist.

Emma noticed this quickly and grabbed his hand and twisted his ring around.

He relaxed a little bit before just ordering his usual. Rum.

The bartender kept a little bit of distance. Until the moment Killian stepped away to use the restroom.

He sat where Killian had just been and smirked.

"Whats a lovely lady like you doing at a bar on a Sunday night?"

Emma frowned. "Celebrating."

He placed a hand on her thigh and she quickly slapped it away.

"My wedding night. So perhaps you should screw off before my husband comes back."

Unfortunately for Emma the man ignored her.

"Aww it's just only been a night. I bet the papers haven't ever gone through so technically your not married yet."

He tried to move in for a kiss before he was yanked off by Killian who had just returned.

"Bugger off!" He yelled after throwing him down on the ground and throwing a swift punch to his jaw.

Emma wrapped her hands around Killian and buried her head into his shoulder.

"I told him to screw off." She whispered.

Killian chuckled lightly. "I know. If he comes near you again I'm gonna break his nose."

After a talk with the manager who was unhappy with Killian beating up his employee, they paid for the drinks and left.

Outside the bar they saw the bartender again and he started walking towards Killian with his fist clenched.

"You both lost me my job!"

"Maybe if you had some respect then you could have kept it!" Emma said with as much sarcasm as possible.

The man cursed at then under his breath and then whispered a little louder, "it's not like you were worth it anyways."

Before he could even blink Killian had punched him across the nose and it was now gushing out blood.

Emma grabbed Killians hand and dragged him away.

"Let's just go home." She said once they got to the car while placing a sweet kiss on his knuckles.

He agreed before driving home.

They got home and went straight upstairs. It had been a busy day.

"I love you Killian."

"And I love you Emma."

The both fell asleep in each others arms for the first time as a married couple

I'm sorry.
I am a horrible person. I haven't updated in weeks and I have no excuse. I will update aging this weekend! I promise!!
