Cave

Set in season four when Emma is stuck in the ic3 cave but with more detail because this was one of my all time favorites but it's kinda underrated.

Emma was freezing. Her entire body was numb and she could barely keep her eyes open.

Elsa was trying to distract her but it was hardly working.

She knew that if she didn't get out of the cave she would die.

She heard a voice come from her radio.

"Elsa. Elsa. How's Emma?" Her father asked.

She couldn't hear the rest of the conversation. Her vison went blurry.

Elsa came over and grabbed her hand.

Her father said something and Elsa suddenly stood up.

When Emma saw Elsa begin to melt the ice wall she slowly sat up.

A small hole formed and she could see Killian and her dad.

Killian yelled her name and Elsa helped her stumble towards the hole.

Her father and Killian both helped her out and she immediately clung to Killian.

His warmth engulfed her as he wrapped his arms around her in a desperate attempt to ensure himself she was alright.

"Are you alright?" He asked with worry lacing every word.

Emma just nodded bringing her hand to the back of his head and breathing in his scent.

She tried to stand up and started to fall, Killian quickly catching her and lifting her up bridal style and carrying her to David's car.

Elsa and David followed. David driving and Elsa in the passenger seat leaving Emma and Killian in the back.

He took off his jacket and put it around her.

Emma curled up into his lap trying to absorb as much heat as possible.

Killian grabbed her freezing hand and squeezed it.

Emma put her head on his shoulder and shivered.

He rubbed his arm up and down her back and David cranked up the heat as far as possible.

After what felt like forever they made it back to the loft.

Killian helped Emma up the stairs and led her to a chair once they got the door opened. He gave her several blankets and sat besides her rubbing her hands.

Suddenly the lights came on and everything started back up.

Killian hopped up and grabbed a heater before putting it at her feet.

She gave a small chuckle. "That's good."

Henry came up and got her a hot chocolate.

She slowly warmed up and Killian was becoming slightly less tense, yet he never left her side and his eyes stayed on her oblivious to anything else going on.

After her parents left the room Emma looked back at him and smiled.

"Thanks for the help today."

He gave a small worries smile. "Of course love. Are you alright? "

Emma nodded. "I'm much warmer. Thanks to you."

"I could never let you freeze."

Emma smiled and leaned into him. "I've been thinking about what you said earlier. About us not having gone on a real date yet...maybe it's time we change that?"

"I'd love that Swan. Perhaps I take you out to dinner tomorow night?"

"My schedules pretty clear." Emma joked while leaning forward to kiss him lightly.

What started as a simple kiss grew into something more. Killian pulled Emma closer and their kiss became more passionate.

Neither was willing to pull away until they heard a cough from behind them.

The two practically jumped apart to find Snow standing their with a smirk.

"Am I interrupting something?"

Emma went bright red. "No!"

Killian chuckled and didn't say anything.

Eventually Snow left and Emma stood up from the chair and kissed Killian again.

"I should probably get going love." Killian whispered against her lips.

Emmas face fell but she nodded. "I guess so. I'll see you out."

He nodded before they walked out the door and down the steps. Emma stopped right outside the loft.

"You do have a place to stay don't you?" She asked.

"Aye. Granny is giving me a room for a while."

Emma nodded. "So I'll see you tomorrow?"

Killian smiled. "Aye. I'll pick you up here around 5."

"I'll be ready."

"Goodnight love. I'll see you soon."

Emma pressed her forehead against his. "Goodnight Killian."

She kissed him and pulled away after a few seconds.

He smiled at her before walking away and giving her a wave.

Emma smiled back and giggled while waving back.

She turned around and practically ran up the steps.

I do not know what this is but I just sorta started writing something and now it's whatever this was.
