I was in dreamland, and I wasn't alone. Austin Sparrow, the boy that had asked me on a fake date, was also in my dream.
It wasn't like my former dream of Austin, where he took me out and showed me Jacksonville. No this dream was a lot different.
Austin and I sat at the bow of the ship, staring out into the sunset, watching the waves splash against the hull beneath us. Austin wasn't really watching the sunset, he was watching me.
When i turned to face him, I was staring into the face of a shark. A shark with Austins features. The rest of the sharks body was really that of Austin. And I wasn't afraid.
We started at each other, and slowly Austins shark began to fade away into a chicken.
The ship slowly started to rise out of the ocean and was floating a hundred feet above the sea level. And it was gaining altitude.
Austins chicken stared at me, and I thought nothing strange of it, that is until the Austin-chicken exploded in a bunch of feathers, and the boat suddenly lurched back into the water.
And I woke up completely drenched in sweat. Actually it was a bucket of water, and there was a chorus of laughter from Hugo and Matt.
I sat up, gasping because the water was so bloody cold. It has drenched through my duvet and sheets, and they stuck to my clothes, which were also wet.
"HUGO! You better pray to god, because I'm going to beat your ass!" I growled at him.
Hugo was bent over laughing. "Hey! That one was Matts idea!" He defended himself.
I threw the wet covers off of my body and swung out over the bed. When my feet hit the floor, they really hit a tray filled with something white and fluffy. Shaving cream.
Hugo fell to the ground clutching his stomach. "That one was my idea!"
I leapt out him, a growl escaping my threat. I tackled him and landed on his back, screeching like a pterodactyl. I grabbed his ear and starting pulling, resulting in yelping from Hugo.
I knew he could just as easily shake me off his back and switch our positions.
He did just that. He rolled out from underneath me and pushed himself up. I was now facing the ground and when I spun onto my back, Hugo was leaning on me, but also on the floor.
He leant down and planted a kiss on my nose, as I was growling and then jumped off of me. Hugo had always done that, and he was like another brother to me. Ever since Dad left us.
I growled at him again, before stomping off into the bathroom muttering under my breath. "Start praying boys, start praying."
I was obviously too loud because the boys launched into another round of laughter.
As I pushed open the bathroom door, which was left slightly ajar, I heard the familiar sound of a bucket before it was too late. A whole bucket worth of some kind of goop fell right down onto my head.
I screamed and cursed the boys, and I still heard their laughter coming from someone.
I slammed the door behind me and started the water in the shower . I got undressed and waiting for the water to get hot enough. As I stepped into the shower, opening the glass door, a volley of feathers were flung at me from the ceiling.
