Jace's Point of View:

Scopolamine, she's smart. She turned this into a liquid and gave it to me, in my water, my soda, you name it. The doctor was fiddling with some of the I.V's Jade had. She was removing one from her arm, she only was left on the sedation and they were going to take her off of that either tonight or tomorrow morning. 

" Scopolamine dubbed the "Devil's Breath," is often referred to as the most dangerous drug in the world. Mainly prevalent in South America, the drug is used to commit the perfect crime." The doctor informed me. She was committing the perfect crime, but she wasn't going to get away with it. "Usually, you inhale it and it leaves you system like carbon dioxide, leaving enough of a trace to know it was in your system. But she manipulated the manipulator and turned it into a liquid that goes in and leaves no trace behind. The only reason we found it in your system is because she used it more than once on you. " She explained. "Explains why you have been so hell bent on hating Jade. " My father said, resting his hand on my shoulder. 

"But Jace, you can't let her do it again. It has the same effects as the dust. It can remove all capability of free will and turn you into a walking slave. " I nodded. One of the men from the Beta's search team came to our the room and asked to speak with my father. I stood up from the chair shortly after my father left to go speak with him. I kissed Jade's forehead. "I'll see you later my love. " I said then left to join my father. 

"What's going on? "I asked approaching the two. "They found a safe house. About 3 miles east of the pack house. They could trace Alya's and Jovante's scents from inside. " My father told me. "So? Where are they? " I asked. "We came back here to devise a plan to get them out. " Said the man. "The faster we get them out, the faster they can help. " I pointed out. "The safer we are about this, we can get them out, unharmed and they'll be alive to help us." My dad corrected me. "We don't know if they poisoned them like they did to Jade. Who knows if they could have imprisoned more people from our pack and hurt them like they did to Jade. " He continued. I have yet to figure out what happened to Jade in the past two months. 

"Okay, so let's get to it. " I said leading them both down the hallway to my father's office where the Beta and the rest of the search team were waiting.  

Jade's Point of View:

"I now pronounce you husband and wife," Said His Father Smiling.  I sat and wept in The back of the whole congregation. I watched as they leaned forward to kiss each other. It wasn't over yet. "Now for your final words to the congregation? " His father asked. Jace scoped the crowd until his eyes landed on me. He had a devilish grin plastered on his face. I knew what was coming next. 

"I Jace Hunter, REJECT my mate Jade Smith," He said without hesitation. I felt a disconnection. I began to beg the fates to stop him from doing this, but they even cheered for the two. He picked her up off Her feet and walked towards the doors. I could feel my heart racing, then slowing down rapidly. I couldn't breathe. Everyone was cheering for the two, then they all looked at me and laughed. Like I was just a joke like I was nothing but a fool. I don't know why I showed up. I stood up to leave and I felt sick to my stomach, and like I was slowly dying. I fell to the floor and I cried and cried. 

Everything was happening so fast. I knew he was in bed with her already, I could feel it, but I felt the opposite of what people described as the opposite sensational feeling. I felt pain, with every stroke. I felt like my insides were being torn out of my body. I lied there, in immense pain as everyone laughed. Their laughter was growing louder and louder. I didn't think it could get any worse than this.

Then he mated her.. I could feel my world slowly crashing as my hips went ablaze and my insides felt like they were on fire. This is what hell feels like. It was supposed to be me! Not her, but she won. She got exactly what she wanted...

Alya's Point of View:

The room was empty except for Jovante and I being there. I haven't heard from Jace or anyone. I didn't have my phone to text them, my wolf was unable to do anything. It was almost like she wasn't there anymore.  I had no idea if Jace went to meet up with Karla, she hasn't been here in a day. I haven't seen her puppy either.

My mind wandered right to wondering about how Jade could be doing right now.  I feel terrible that from the point of moving in to now, she has been tortured. Her constant fights with Jace, to dealing with the devil. She deserved far more than this. Jojo woke up shortly after me. He has apologized to me almost every second for not being able to stop me from getting a fractured arm because of that dick. I don't blame him, he has done everything he can to protect me. 

We just have to focus on how we're going to get out of here now. I hope Jace paid attention to what I said, if not, I don't think we'll get out until Jade gets better.
