Episode 5!!! You did do it dick twitch

"Rest assured his defects will no longer be an issue. All traces of a former personality..have been deleted. Heart rate: normal, very good. Open the casket..."

Those words kept echoing through my mind as I slumped my way to school. Those exact words were stated after Hajime's surgery had been a success. I remember him sitting up rigid, like Frankenstein, and stared so emotionless towards the rest of us.
He was merely a shell of what he had been before. He was torn up, and thrown away for the precious sake of hope.

And yet, everyone clapped.
Everyone clapped at the soulless being in front of us, as if he had won a stellar accomplishment.

It was disgusting.

~insert despair arc intro here~

Everyone was enjoying themselves, talking, laughing, just having a good time all around. We were all cleaning up our stuff and reorganizing for the new year. Of course, I was still gonna have the same exact people in my class, but I guess all good things have to come to an end someday.
I was sitting at my desk, rummaging through my bag to find space for more of my things. How I had gotten everything here in one trip was a surprise to me.

I was just minding my own business when I had heard quiet gasps come from above me. I looked up to see Ibuki looking towards Fuyuhiko's and Peko's direction, getting somewhat angered and almost appalled by them. She then rushed over in a flash, and caught them completely off guard.
She yelled "This is weird! Extremely weird!" Then got closer to Fuyuhiko's face. "Yeah somethings not adding up here!" Then she ran back to Peko. "Why are you two so jumpy all of a sudden?!"

She then dashed between the two, giving them "the glare", as if she was majorly disappointed in them. They stared back at her, just dumbfounded by her presence.

I chuckled and turned back to my work, hearing the conversations between my fellow classmates.

Mikan talked about how it was a lovely bond between the lovers, Teruteru was laying in a "paint me like one of your french girls" pose over the desk as he talked about the sounds of maturity, right before Ibuki had kicked him off the desk and sent him tumbling to the ground.

It was only then was everyone's full attention on one thing. Sonia mentioned "It's rather odd, has anyone seen Ms. Yukizome today?"
"Yeah she's in the faculty office moving her things." Peko added.
I then spoke up saying "I'd be surprised if we see her at all today." Everyone nodded in agreement and kept cleaning.

'I can't believe it's already been six months, time moves so quickly when you have such a different attitude towards everything...Before I know it, everything will be back to normal...'
For some reason, those words had stuck with me through all of the six months with all the new changes happening. I had this thing with the future, and that all good things have bad sides and all bad things have good intentions.

It was a rough six months, but I'm honestly so glad I made it through. Who knows where I'd be then if I just gave up.

'Probably no where to be found...'

"Okay there are the new digs! As of today this building is where you'll study and enjoy the golden days of youth! Hop to people, it's time to get to work!" Ms. Yukizome beamed. We were now not only just at Hopes Peak, but all the ultimates has gotten a new building made just for them. Why they had built a new useless building was unclear to me then.

Everyone cheered in agreement, as there was a new mindset being placed then and there.

Well almost everyone.

Akane spoke up above everyone else and said "yeah excuse me, what about the idiot, he ever coming back?" She pointed behind her, her thumb leading directly to Nagito's desk with all of his things on it. Everyone turned to Ms. Yukizome As she stared, dumbfounded by the question.
She started off unsure. "Uhhh.." her voice waved. There was a bit of hope in that voice, hope that he'd walk through that door just as soon as she was done questioning herself. I sat up from my slouched state, and leaned on the desk, peering towards Ms. Yukizome.

But the door never opened, he was still gone, Ms. Yukizome was still unsure, and everything was unsteady.

"I have it on good authority that he'll be joining us very soon, you all really miss him huh?" Ms. Yukizome mentioned. As she said that, she peered over to me, looking into my eyes.

I just looked at her, expecting something to happen between us. What cut us off from each other we're the hysterical cries of Ibuki, and Kaz scratching his cheek while saying "ehh not so much."
Hiyoko added into the party, mentioning "Wow, you're hilarious, I hate the guy-a lot." Teruteru shrugged, as well as some others. I just looked around the class, wondering if I should put my two cents worth of words in.

And yet, I decided to stay silent. The whole class couldn't give a fuck about him, and I still didn't know why.
'I mean, yeah he blew up the school, and yeah he can be a bit..crazy.. but that still doesn't expla-'
'Nevermind...'
Ms. Yukizome mus have been angry at the class because her voice got higher pitched as she said "Now where's your sense of comer artery? Komaeda's in this class, like it or not!"
She then sighed and stepped back, calming herself down. She then picked up the attendance record and cheered, "K, moving on! So, no homeroom tomorrow on account of the ceremony commemorating the new building. It'll be held in the courtyard, don't oversleep!"
Everyone agreed. "Yes ma'am." We all said at once.

Other than that, it was a normal day for our class. I mean, finally we got rid of Kizakura-that dude gave me major horrid flashbacks of my childhood, but nothing out of the ordinary happened.

We all eventually left, like the day had started and ended within 20 minutes. We all walked out of class, with high expectations of tomorrow. As we walked our separate ways, I couldn't help but notice a familiar boy with dirty blonde hair that went down to his shoulders. He carried himself poorly, and looked somewhat sick, as if his massive scarf covering his neck wasn't already a sign.

The only misconception about this boy was that he wasn't...well...large and in charge if you catch my drift.
The boy was skinny, almost too skinny- as if four of him could fit into the one I knew.

"Ryota..?" I quietly questioned. I had my doubts, but as soon as I whispered that, his eyes widened and he stopped walking immediately.
'No, it can't be. Ryota Mitari isn't a stick, hell I just saw him today. But why did he stop..?'

He looked around to see what called him, and once he saw me looking, he scurried off like a tiny mouse that was being chased by a cat.
I watched him run away in fear, my mind running laps on who that boy was.
I scratched my head in discomfort.

'I need to get home..'

I'm sorry this chapter wasn't full of amazing stuff, but the anime literally had nothing to do with class 77-B. But heyyyy, at least we're back on track with the anime and can finally get the ball of motivation rolling again.

Next chapter I know for sure that things will get more exciting and thrilling. Just...BEAR with me.

Okay who would wanna stay with me after that stupid fucking joke.
