Graph

     A graph is a diagram that represents the relationship and variations between two or more factors (or functions) mainly by means of connected points, bars, curves or lines.

Types of Graph

Bar Graph
    - a good way to compare increases and decreases in quantity over a period of time
    - there are two kinds of bar graphs: horizontal and vertical bar graphs

Circle Graph / Pie Graph
    - kind of graph where the numerical data in percentages are presented in a circle to show the relationship of the different parts (categories) to the whole

Line Graph
    - is a kind of graph used to show trends or changes over a period of time
    - it has horizontal and vertical axes that period of time and the amount of change

Pictograph
    - uses pictures or symbols to give information
    - it has a title and labels and gives a legend
