Josh's POV
I stand there in shock, I should have known better, but I couldn't stand knowing Tyler was in pain. Tyler stares at me and waits for a response, but I don't know if I'm ready to give one. I get closer to Tyler still very unsure of what to do. Tyler's lips were sitting partially opened, and he looked just as confused as I was.
I finally let my heart take control, and I fall forward and crash my lips to Tyler's. He immediately kisses back, and I feel my whole existence melt. I had never met anyone to make me feel this way until I met Tyler.
He pulls away and starts looking over my face again.
"Josh...."
I panic. I remembered why I was terrified in the first place.
So, I ran.
I ran out of his house and to the abandoned skate park then finally stopped running.
I didn't exactly know why I ran, but I did know that I'm very much in love with Tyler Joseph.
Tyler's POV
Why did Josh run?
He completely froze up when I simply asked how he knew to come over, but it couldn't be what I think there's no way.
I pull out my phone and feel grateful Brendon made sure I had Josh's number.
I text him, "Josh, come back." Then, "Josh, where are you?"
I waited for a response and after about 5 minutes he finally answered with, "I don't want to disappoint you."
What?
"Josh, what are you talking about?"
"Come outside to the old skate park."
I jump off my bed and put on a light hoodie and speed walk over to the park.
When I stepped through the broken gate area, I could see Josh sitting in the open.
I walk up behind him, "Josh, what did you mean by 'disappoint me'?"
Josh turns to me, with tears in his eyes, and says, "Tyler, I love you."
