Love Isn't The Way.

Chapter 24

Joy.............. 

Something was up with Zenda, I could tell. I knew about her infatuation with Alec but I didn't know it was this serious. The way she was talking about him was ....... odd. 

I have seen people in love, hell I've been one of those idiots but this was not love. She talked about him as though she knew him since years. She stared off into space and I am pretty sure she was imagining his face. 

I agree he is one handsome bastard but I know zenda. She is different with Alec. Not just Zenda but Alec too. Every time that I saw them together this past month was so crazy. They way he looked at her was crazy. Believe me I've had my fair share of lunatics but this was absolutely different. It was like she was some kind of elixir for him. Agreed that Zenda is beyond beautiful and every single male that meets her wants her. There wasn't lust in Alec's eyes. There wasn't love in his eyes. It was something else. 

She is lying if she says that they only met 2-3 months ago. This doesn't happen in 2-3 months. This takes a complete lifetime. Whatever they have is not just special but also sacred. 

Their love has more to it than just feelings. Neither of them are the kind of people who fall in love. They truly are made for each other. 

I think there is ........no I know there is something missing that they aren't telling to the world about themselves. Something very secretive. 

Before I had thought that I was reading too much into it but Now I am sure. There is something fishy about them.  What I don't know but have the complete intention of finding out. 

A/N- I know this chapter is extremely small but I really wanted you guys to know what Alec and Zenda' s  relationship looks from the outside. Joy is one the most smartest characters who is known for having an eye for detail and I just wanted to depict that. Thank you for reading my book and bearing with me this long. I hope you enjoy it.
