When I woke up, Zamon was gone. The time read 10:53. I forced myself out of bed and over to the kitchenette. I checked the cupboards and smiled to find them fully stocked. I made a gourmet meal of fruit loops and orange juice, then sat on the couch with the TV on. I sat that way for nearly an hour, before deciding to venture out into the clubhouse. I opened the door and had to suppress a groan as I stared at Jason.
"There's a meeting in 15 minutes, don't be late." He took off before I could even ask where his office was. I groaned.

After asking around, I finally found his office. I knocked before entering. Jason, Jack and Zamon stood around the sitting area. I ignored Zamon's watchful eyes, and walked over to the trio. We sat on the parallel couches, with me awkwardly sitting next to the boy who'd snuck into my room last night.
"Remember the Ally meeting we went to a few years ago in Cali?" Jason asked me. I nodded. Of course I did, I'd shot Adam and kissed Kyle.
"Well, we have another one at the end of this week, except this time it's a conference type. One where we get to form allies. 3 representatives from every gang in North America. This year, Zamon, you and I will be going to represent the newly formed gangs of The silver blades, The king cobra's and The blood nomads. Jack will be staying back to in my place." my eyes widened.
"When do we leave?" Jason looked at Zamon before answering.
"Tomorrow." My jaw dropped. He continued.
"It's also in New York.

I grumbled as I pulled my suitcase to my bedroom door. Luckily I hadn't started unpacking. Our flight was at 10 tomorrow morning and I was not happy about it. I opened the door and descended the stairs into the packed hall. Jason stood on the stage with Jack announcing our upcoming departure.
I spotted Zamon and strode over just as Jason finished speaking. I smiled at him as he turned to me.
"Ah, so you're not ignoring me anymore?" he asked sarcasticly. I grimaced.
"I'm sorry. I talked to Hunter, and he made me realize some things." He raised his eyebrows, "Like what?"
I opened my mouth before he froze, his eyes wide as he stared at something behind me. I turned as he whispered fuck. Tilly was walking through the crowd, which parted like the red sea. With her stood a man. He was tall, with a scarred face. He was musclely, but he was older. They looked alike, with similar eyes and face structure. I figured it was her dad, and once he set his eyes on Zamon, he grinned. The action was malicious and threatening. Even I was scared for Zamon. Jason was quickly by his sons side, and very clearly on guard. I stepped out of the way as they came to a halt in front of us.
"It's good to see you again Zamon." Tilly smirked as her father spoke. I frowned. I knew that voice from somewhere.
"The feeling isn't mutual." Jason smacked Zamon on the back of his head.
"Sorry about him Chad, he seems to have lost his manners." I stood staring at this man. I knew I'd heard his voice before, but I couldn't place where. His gaze flicked to me. His head tilted to the left, the movement familiar.
"Daddy, this is Rebecca." I nearly gagged at Tilly's words.
"Oh, so you're the infamous girl I've heard all about." I raised my eyebrow nervously.
"Um, I guess?" He chuckled at my brief words. The sound brought chills to my body. I felt Zamon step closer to me. Chad noticed the action and smirked.
"Let's take this to my office, shall we?" Jason asked the two.
"It was nice meeting you, Rebecca. I'm sure it won't be the last time we see each other." It sounded like a threat. I gave a fake smile and nodded.
Jason lead them away. Before Zamon followed, he yanked on my sleeve to pull me close. "If you ever see him, run in the opposite direction." I nodded and watched him go.

I sat on the roof and stared at the stars. It had been nearly two hours since Jason had taken the group into his office. I wanted to know what they were talking about, but there was no way I was getting caught after last night.
A light breeze brushed my skin as a noise caused me to sit up. I slowly slid to the edge of the roof and peeked over. Zamon was screaming at Tilly as she cried.
"What have you done?! You've ruined everything! You've taken everything away from me! I have nothing now! Nothing!" I frowned, immediately concerned. I didn't even care that I was eavesdropping again, I was too invested in the conversation to leave.
"I did it because I love you Zamon! We were always meant to be together!" I had never seen Zamon this angry. I gasped as he wrapped his hand around her throat and shoved her into the wall. He spoke low in his throat, so low I had to hold my breath just to hear him.
"I should kill you for what you've done. I will never love you, especially after this. You are scum Tilly, you always have been. I will never forgive you for this. " She slapped him across the face and pushed him away.
"Don't you dare say that! You should be on your knees thanking me. You're lucky you have 7 more days." With that she turned and stormed back inside. Zamon basically collapsed to the ground. My heart nearly shattered when I heard him weeping.
I sat back and considered going down to comfort him. I scattered to the edge of the roof and climbed down the pipes. When I rounded the corner to the front of the building, he was gone.
