Damian just rolled his eyes at the screen. It wasn't that funny to Damian, seeing that he thinks he's being tormented about liking someone. Someone he didn't even know!
He turned the phone off, deciding not to text Echo anymore. Out of frustration, he just leaves the phone on the nightstand. He stretched his arms up, taking off his gloves. They were green, to match the Robin's uniform.
Most of his costume was already off. He dumped the rest of his uniform in the basket, making sure other clothes cover the bright green uniform that was covered in mud, dirt and some blood that wasn't his.
"I can't believe her..." he said, wiping a hand through his hair. It ruffled the dark locks, making them all messy. It was late but he wasn't in the mood to shower. He figured, he'd shower in the morning.
His phone chimes as his head whipped around to his desk. He runs for his phone like an addicted teenager. The desk was scratched by his hand when he stole his phone from the surface. Flipping his phone on, all he saw was a text from Dick and a notification from the news company.
Frowning, he doesn't even bother reading the message from Dick. He opens the messages app, scrolling through the list of new texts. There aren't that many. Usually it's Echo that's clogged his box with hundreds of texts ranging from case files to weird jokes at 4 in the morning. That frown was still on his face, turning deep into a scowl.
"Why was there no text from Echo?" was the only question in his mind. Shock and realization clouded his mind. He couldn't..... Could he?
