The librarian stared at me in disgust as she scanned my overdue book. I glance down at my clothes, I was wearing a maroon dress that covered all of me and no jacket as it was sunny. Nope, I look normal. She waved a hand in dismal and I took my chance and hide on the other side of the library.

"We meet again. It's like fate wanted us to meet" Kaden smiles as he steps forward from behind the bookcase

"Kaden" I breathe "What are you doing here?"

"Apart from using public services. Now there nothing wrong with that"

"Okay," I nod and escape from him. He was a bit eccentric for my liking. He seemed like a person from the old times reincarnated into a teenager.

At the same moment, my phone vibrate

Aaron: Meet me outside

I instantly smiled at his message and head outside. I glance around and spotted him by the police station next door to the library. He was leaned against the banister with sunglasses over his eyes. He was wearing a white shirt with a dark blue jacket over it

"Hey," I say once I'm close enough to him.

"Hey, let's go" he starts walking

"Where?"

"Cinemas. Sara, Mae, Harvey and Cain said they'll meet us there" He replies as he waits for me to catch up. I didn't like the idea but I was stuck now

"Guess what" he changes the topic "We found Hitler, we left him at home."

"You are such an idiot" I chuckles

"The dog hates me, okay. He takes my seat at the table. I think I'm being replaced by a dog"

"It's okay, Usher. Happens to most of us, actually no. It happens to no one"

"Haha," the tone of sarcasm comes through.

"And you know what the worse thing is my family actually encourage it. They started calling him Aaron. My name is Aaron" he frowns but it isn't a mad frown, a cute frown like when a child is angry but they can't do anything about it. He folds his arms over his chest and sulks

"So you're being replaced by a dog, says a lot" I chuckles

"It's not fair"

"Chill, no one can replace you." I say truthfully. Aaron Usher was pretty hard to replace

"Really?"

"Yep"

When we arrived at the cinema, I was totally out of my comfort zone. I was hanging out with the 'popular crowd' The ones everyone knew and for some reason loved and then there was me. I can mentally imagine Anna shaking her head at me in disgrace. It was scary

"There you are" Mae runs up to Aaron, putting her arms around him as he kissed her. It was a sign to show me he was hers and he was.

"Hey, Rachel" Cain is the only one to acknowledge my existence. I smile in return "Hey"

"What are we watching again?"

"IT" Cain smiles as Aaron turns deep pale.

"Oh, you're scared of clowns, Aary" Sara pinches his cheek as he pushes her

"It's Aaron and am not. I just dislike them" He defends but everyone saw through that

"Then we shouldn't have a problem" Sara grabs Mae's arm and they both run off inside.

"You know for what it's worth, I don't like clowns either" I point out as relief flushes over him

"At least someone understands. Come on, we'll find another movie. Maybe My Little Pony" he offers

"No"

"Everyone loves My Little Pony, we are watching that" he grabs my hand, leading me in

"No"

"No" he repeats like a child who had their dreams shattered

"We'll watch Despicable 3" I lead to the counter. "Two tickets for Despicable 3" the lady stare at us and hands the ticket

Don't judge, No one is old enough for Disney

"We totally got judge, we should just watch My Little Pony"

"And yeah totally two teenagers aren't going to get judge for watching a movie for 7-year-old girls. What is your obsession with My Little Pony?"

"Nothing, it's cool"

"Usher, it's not cool. It's for 7 years old girls" I respond and he pulls a face. Can he get any more childish? "Unless...."

"---We should go, the movie is about to start"

"Well that was entertaining," Aaron says as he pushes the door of the cinema. We wait outside for a few minutes

"I might have hated the movie but it was nice to spend time with you" His hands lock with mine.

Coincidently,  it begins to rain. Can't this get anymore dramaified. This isn't high school musical. What's going on?

I start shaking and kind of regret not wearing a jacket. Curse the weather

"Here" Aaron takes off his hoodie and puts it over my shoulder.

  Marry him already

He's taken for god sake

He's just a friend

"Thank you" I shiver as the feeling of numb hits my finger

"No problem" He steps closer, so close that we are a few inches away.

"All that is left is the kiss."
