It takes most of my strength not to watch Lucie in the car, it takes the rest not to just stop the car and kiss her there and then.
What this girl does to me.
We get to the school twenty minutes late. But I'd do it all again just to watch her talk again. I learnt more about her in those moments than I have in the first week of school.
"Thank you for breakfast." She whispers to me during class.
"I am not done winning you over." I whisper back.
"I will see you tonight for the rest of my plan."
"What time are you coming?" She doesn't try to stop me.
Good.
"You'll know when I'm there."
I smile as I watch her fight her own growing grin.
