Ethan's P.O.V

I needed to convince her that i was her mate. I told Athena in the past but i don’t think she took me seriously. She is very fragile and i wouldn't want to push the boundaries to where she is uncomfortable, i needed to prove to her i love her with all my heart. I would fly a plane and attach a banner that say's

"Ethan loves Athena" I would buy her flowers, chocolates and i would get down on my knees for this girl. I would travel the world for her. She is the one and only girl who holds the key to my heart. When a wolf takes a mate it is for life but when an alpha takes a mate, it's for eternity and their emotions and feelings are much more intense than a normal wolfs reactions. When wolves reach the age of 25 they stop aging and this is why many of us all look really young even though we are maybe centuries or decades old. I've been lonely for nearly 1000 years and I’m the oldest wolf in the whole world. I'm also the strongest. Nobody would dare challenge me also because i have the strongest and most trustworthy pack. We are currently undefeated.

But this doesn't matter, I’ve been alone, mateless for 1000 years and i would like to change that. My love, the one person I’ve been waiting for my whole life has finally been finally found. I really want to introduce her to the pack but I’m reluctant to do so because of her past events. I'm actually still holding her in my arms. It's hard really because she doesn’t know I’m her mate but i do and I’m holding her beautifully sleeping body in my arms, i can’t help but sigh. I felt her head start to toss backwards and forwards as if she was fighting a nightmare it was only mild at first but it became a worry for me when her arms began moving infront of her as if to push somebody away.

"NO HELP ME PLEASE, IT HURTS MY BODY IS BURNING AND MY BONES ARE BREAKING, PLEASE HELP ME" She cried, I realised she was dreaming about her first transformation. It shouldn't have hurt too much but she was clearly in a lot of pain and i couldn't help her. I stroked her face and wiped away the tears that fell down her cheeks. Her eyelashes fluttered and she gripped onto me burying her face into my shoulder, she wrapped her arms around my neck and i wrapped my arms around her waist. I knew what would be good for her. When her eyes opened fully i saw two bright violet eyes looking directly into mine. I placed a small kiss on her forehead, and whispered

"Today i want to try something with you, i will give you some of my clothes to borrow because they will probably get ruined today. I will bring some bags with us and i will meet you downstairs in 25 minutes." He smiled and then left the room with a tee-shirt of his and some shorts left on the bed.

Athena's P.O.V

 No longer did i need the cast and crutches, i placed the crutches under the bed and took the cast off. Then, I quickly ran the bathroom to brush my teeth and hair, and i washed quickly before running back to the room trying to sneak around undetected. I made it back to the room and slipped into those massive clothes. I was more scared that they were going to fall off then get ruined. I ran down the stairs and waited for a minute before i felt a presence, i knew who is was immediately and he took my hand in his as we made our way out of the front door. I was a little bit confused as to what we were doing but i went with him because i trusted him. It felt nice to hold his hand feeling the electric shocks between us. I wondered if he felt them too, i would have to ask him later. I noticed we were going deeper into the forest. I was confused but we soon came to a standstill. We were in the middle of the woods. Ethan placed the bags down on the ground.

“Today Athena would you like to run around in wolf form for a bit. I thought it would be good for you if we both shifted, but if not we could always do something else." He said to me, looking into my eyes. I looked down at the ground embarrassed about my reply.
