As we were about to arrive at the floor, Loki held my wrist to prevent me from entering and clicked the button back on the bottom floor. As we arrived back on the 1st floor, we all walked out and I looked at him in confusion. "Y/n, I need to tell you something." Loki said, staring deeply to your eyes.  You stopped and looked at him before looking at Thor and Athena which also stopped and talked.

"Sure Loki. What is it?" I asked. "Y/n, Thor and I.... are going back to Asgard. We have... duties to attend to. And I... I just want to say that... I love you so much. Even if you think I don't, I do. I do with all my heart. I'll give you the nine realms if that's what'll make you smile. I'll surrender my life for you if that's what I need to do to protect you. I LOVE you. Don't think otherwise. Never doubt that I love you. If I never come back, promise me you'll never forget me. Please, my love." He said.

By now, tears were in your eyes. Non stop dropping. "What are you saying?" I asked. "I... I'll never forget you. How can you say that? What ever you do, I'm sure that you'll be safe. I know that." I continued, hugging him tightly. He hugged me back and kissed the top of my head.

"I love you my queen. I'm so sorry." He whispered. I looked at him in hurt and confusion. "What?" I asked, super confused. He suddenly backed away, Thor doing the same and going to his side. Athena was sobbing by now. "HEIMDALL! NOW!" He yelled and a bright light engulfed them. Before he disappeared, he mouthed the words, "I love you, I'm sorry."

As soon as they vanished, I was just standing there, frozen, mouth agape. After a few minutes, tears were freely falling down from my face. Athena went behind me and hugged me, sobbing. I turned around and hugged her back. Catty joined the group hugged and so did Steve.

"It's going to be okay. Okay? Trust me when I say that they'll come back. Okay? Trust me. They will come back." I whispered to her. She nodded and wiped away her tears as I did to my own. I held her hand and smiled. "Let's go back to the top floor?" I asked the three of them which eagerly nodded in reply and we started walking back to the elevator.

"Y/n! Where is—" Clint yelled but stopped when he saw me and Athena eyes red in dried tears. "What happened?" Natasha asked, walking towards me and hugging me in the process. "Loki and Thor went back to Asgard. They said that they have duties to attend to." I replied.

"Are your two going to be okay?" Natasha asked both Athena and me. I looked at her and as if we both thought of the same answer, we nodded in sync. "So.... what are you gonna do now?" Tony asked. I pondered for a second before gulping and staring at him with determined eyes.

"I'm going to go to Asgard. I need to go to call Heimdall to get to open the Bifrost first." I replied and started to walk to my room when Athena caught my arm and turned me around to look at her. "I'm going with you." She whispered. I sighed but nodded. "I'll try to check if that gun that we used to teleport you to Asgard still works. You know. Just in case Heimdall won't answer your calls." Tony said and walked away.

I smiled and ran to my room with Athena. "Athena, I want you to take weapons with you. The best you have. Change clothes too." I said. She nodded and went to her room. I started to search for weapons around my room. I saw many of them, but only two caught my attention.
