"I-I said leave me alone!" Jenny screeched, swatting Sophie's arms away. "G-Go away!"

"Jenny, M-Mister Derrick's gone for now, please." The young woman whispered, gently grasping the teen's shoulders with both of her hands. "It's okay, take a deep breath."

This is what it has been for the past ten minutes. Jenny fighting Sophie away even though she was only trying to calm the terrified girl. Sophie wants to help her, but Jenny's in a state of shock she thinks. All that she can most likely do is stay with her and hope her presence will at least relax the blonde girl.

"I-I said no! S-Stop!" She fought against the woman's grip which was easy considering how weak Sophie had grown to be from being in the Underworld.

Jenny had jumped down onto the soft mattress that was far below the apartment. She landed with a soft 'thud' and wanted to just get out of here. Away from this place, that Calinthro, the Underworld. She longs for the gentle touch of her elderly grandmother. So she ran. She ran through this giant house until she was sure her legs were going to give out underneath her. All Jenny wanted was to find the front door and make it out so she'd never have to see that demon again.

Meanwhile, Derrick had arrived back in his bedroom to find Sophie sitting all by herself on Jenny's bed. "Sophie, where is she?" He asked gently, approaching the timid human with a slight frown.

"I-I don't know! Sh-She jumped off and landed on your bed, then practically jumped off your bed and ran! I-I would have gone after her but I didn't want to jump, I-I'm sorry Mister Derrick!" Sophie cried, a panicked and fearful look on her face. It was true. She hated heights and could barely stand being carried around by the demons.

Derrick's heart nearly leaped into his throat. He can only hope she's still in the house. If she got outside any other demon could get her! "Stay here, I'll go find her." he murmured gently to Sophie and ran from the room, attempting to sense the tiny teen. "Jenny?! Jenny, please come here!" Calling her wouldn't work anyway, she's still probably terrified. God, where could she be?

Jenny made it out of the house but was horrified by what she was met with. Pitch black surrounding her. She couldn't see anything but she could hear plenty. Animalistic howls. Blood-curdling screams so loud she had to cover her ears. She suddenly found herself longing for Derrick's gentle touch. His protection. Immediately she shook these thoughts from her head. "N-No, no! H-He's trying to make you come back to him!" She shouted, instantly regretting it when she heard footsteps approaching.

"Well, well, well. What have we here?"

Jenny wheeled around, able to see the familiar face of Derrick's friend, Max. Fear shot through her body as she began to back away. "L-Leave me alone, D-Derrick's coming for me!"

"He's nowhere around human." His large hand shot out, wrapping around her body before she had a chance to fight. "It would seem that you're a lost little pet who needs a new home, aren't you? I have just place." A smirk spread across the demons face.

"N-No!" Jenny had seen all the bruises Sophie had. She saw just how tormented the girl had been. "I-I don't want to go with you! Leave-" A cry of pain broke through her speech, the grip around her body tightening dangerously.

"You don't tell me what to do," Max said with a growl as he glanced around the area of the Underworld where he stood. "Let's get back to my house, hmm? I've got a story to tell you about Derrick. He's not as gentle as he wants you to think."

She still tried to fight against his grasp, but she was weak. She hadn't eaten since that morning. And now she couldn't see where she was going. She couldn't see where the Calinthro was even taking her. She took a deep breath to try and call for Derrick, but a huge thumb covered almost her entire face to keep her from making noise.

Had she not been so focused on trying to escape, the feeling of his flesh that close to her mouth would have made her vomit. This couldn't be happening. This couldn't be happening! She had managed to escape but now she was caught by an even crueler demon.

The hand that was gripping suddenly disappeared, and she found herself falling. A slight yelp made its way out, and she landed with a small 'oof' noise onto a hard surface below. She laid there, on her back, panting as her heart pounded against her ribs. It felt like she was going to puke. Her stomach was churning, and a pair of dark eyes were just staring at her from far above.

"Welcome to your new home," Max said in a sickeningly sweet voice, a rather smug grin plastered on his face. He released the lid of the cage, allowing it to seal the human inside the barred prison. "And now, you will hear what Derrick is truly like, and will see he is just like me."
