Christmas...
                     *

Christmas Eve was here.

I wasn't expecting any presents from my parents obviously but I was kind of hoping my Auntie Andromeda would send me something, even though I'd only met her once; when I was 1 years old and I was still the favourite child, I was in Diagon Alley with mother and she was there with her daughter Nymphadora. My mother barely said hello, and now I know it was because my aunt had married a muggle. I hadn't see Nymphadora since that day, nor Auntie Andromeda, but I was hoping one day I'd get the opportunity to. Maybe they'd remember me, when no one else did?

They never sent anything in my childhood, but maybe my mother didn't want contact with her?

There were loads of possibilities of why she didn't try to contact me. I just hoped she would.

A week before Christmas, I had dug out the money I'd taken from the Malfoy vault and sent off orders to Zonko's, Honeydukes and Flourish and Blots for Christmas presents for my friends and then when my owl returned, sent a letter to my aunt. I was hoping she would reply.

That night, I was playing wizard chess with Alicia while Katie tried to help me (I'm rubbish at chess due to 0 practice) when Angel came over to me kind of shy.

"Hey..." she said. " I got a present for you..."

I was surprised. That was the least thing I had expected her to say.

"Oh... thank you!" I said. She put a package into my hands.

On Christmas, I woke early and jumped on the girls. "WAKE UP!!! PRESENTS!!!!"

They groaned and stretched. They perked up when they registered what I'd said. "PRESENTS YAY!!" Exclaimed Alicia. Katie laughed.

For Christmas, I got a box full of chocolate frogs from Alicia, a bag full of stuff from Zonko's from Katie. The present from Angel turned out to be a friends necklace. I clasped it around my neck. I was surprised to see a present from my Aunty, and another from Nymphadora, who, which I discovered from reading the card, liked to be called by surname only. She had got me a wooly Gryffindor scarf (I had told them what house I was in) and my aunt had got me a Gryffindor jacket, gloves and a book called Quidditch through the ages, telling me I was welcome to go live with them, and that Tonks and herself would wait at the station for me. She also said she had no idea why I never received presents from her. My mother must be hiding them.

The feast was great. I had never had more fun in my life.

Yo peeps!

I'm sorry for the lack of updates, after the half term the teachers started loading us with homework. Like seriously, I still have to do a English essay, a geography essay and a science worksheet. Oh, and Spanish homework too. I hate school.

I'm so sorry if I don't update again for a while, I'll try my best.
