2 months before the ball
After McGonagall's announcement yesterday, the boys immediately started asking the girls.Angel somehow already had a partner. She was so secretive and seemed determined we wouldn't find out who it was. It was most frustrating. Every time I asked she started loudly proclaiming the weather. Ugh.
Me however... well, I think you can guess that. I didn't have a partner because the Slytherins called me a blood traitor, the Ravenclaws thought I'd asked the hat for Gryffindor just to annoy my parents, the other Gryffindors just have a grudge against Malfoys and the Hufflepuffs were trying to be neutral, but were finding it hard not to agree with the Ravenclaws.
So, yeah... maybe eventually someone will decide to ask me? Probably not in a million years, but whatever.
I didn't need them.
