"I told Dumbledore about your visions." said Angel, biting her lip.

"What?" I fumed, glaring at her.

"Don't be mad!" She pleaded. "I was just sick of hearing you muttering in your sleep!"

I went quiet. "I'm muttering in my sleep?" Angel nodded.

"You say stuff like 'Don't kill me!' And 'Leave me alone!' " She said. I bit my lip.

"How loud?"

"It's only cause I sleep next to you that I can hear it." Angel reassured me. "Anyway, Dumbledore said that you've gotta go see Professor Trelawny on Thursday. She's the divination teacher."

I gulped. Today was Wednesday. "So tomorrow?"

"No shit Sherlock!" Angel rolled her eyes. I shoved her playfully.

The next day at lunch, I wandered through the corridors, trying but failing to find the divination classroom. Just then, I heard a mystical voice behind me.

"You lost dear?" they said. I turned around and almost lost my footing when I saw a wide eyed ding bat 2 inches from my face.

"Yeah.." I said nervously, "I was just looking for Professor Trelawny-"

"Why that's me dear!" She said. "Why did you want to see me?"

"I have an appointment to see you," I explained. "Dumbledore thinks I might be a-"

"Seer, I know, you've already told me." She said impatiently. I looked at her confused. I hadn't told her yet...

Or had I? I thought. Ugh, if I spend one more minute with this woman I'm gonna scream!

"Right this way..." Trelawny interrupted my train of thought. "Follow me..."

I followed her wistfully through a few more corridors until we reached a little attic space, with a step ladder.

"What the hell?" I muttered, as Trelawny motioned for me to climb up the stairs. I obeyed and was greeted by a sauna of a room when I reached the top. Waving my hand in front of my face like a fan, I sat down in one of many armchairs around the room.

Trelawny followed close behind me, disappeared for a second, only to come back with a... foggy ball?

"This," said Trelawny, "is a crystal ball. Please look into it and tell me what you see."

I peered closely into the misty object. I watched as the mist parted and a scene I'd seen in my dreams many times before replayed in front of me.

"I see dementors." I said. "They're swarming the school, guarding entrances because of an escaped prisoner by the name of... Sirius Black?" I gasped. "I recognise that name! He's my mum's cousin!"

Trelawny nodded. "I'm afraid you are a seer, my dear."

My eyes widened. "Is that bad?" I whispered.

"No, not at all.." Trelawny shook her head. " if you're a seer, then you also have the ability to read minds. You just haven't discovered it yet."

I smiled. "That sounds quite cool."

Trelawny nodded. "Yes. You may go now, my dear."

I nodded my head before standing up and hurrying down the steps to get to potions on time. I was so hungry now though, since I hadn't had time for lunch.
