sonny/pete
"let's go pete!" sonny yelled, running.
graffiti pete was breathing heavily, "sonny! where in god's name are you taking me?"
"the tree!" he exclaimed.
his boyfriend slowed down, "the what?"
sonny started walking and took his pete's hand in his, "when i was little i had some emotional issues. so i tried to run away from my problems, which sounds silly now, and i always ran to this one tree in a local park."
pete squeezes his hand, "that's sweet."
"well abuela just thought it was annoying, but once she realized where i went it wasn't as bad," sonny explained.
they got to the tree and pete followed sonny's lead and sat down in the tree's shade. they leaned against each other soaking up their partner's love. pete touched his forehead to sonny's.
"i love you," he whispered.
"i love you too," sonny smiled.
their lips met and they shared their first kiss under sonny's tree.
