Third Person POV
It was obvious to everyone at school that Taehyung and Jungkook were close.
They would be together whenever possible and they always looked really happy, but this made people jealous.
They would think to themselves, why can't I be the one he smiles at, and they would spite Taehyung every time he made Jungkook smile.
Some people are happy that Jungkook is smiling more, they find it more attractive and just ignore Taehyung, some want to be in his place always watching from behind him, and other's just want him gone.
It's been weeks and everyone has practically forgotten the incident that had happened. They can't help but think he looks better than they've ever seen him, and for his mom especially that's such a blessing.
As Jungkook walked through the school gate he looked normal. He sat at one of the school benches and just put in his earphones. He closed his eyes and just focused on feeling his music.
His eyes shot open as he felt the bench shake. He looked to the side to see Taehyung sitting next to him. Jungkook smiled big as he saw him, they exchanged greetings before Taehyung stole one of Jungkook's ear buds.
He leaned back, eyes closed like Jungkook was before, Jungkook stared at him a bit but soon went back to the same position, a faint smile plastered on his face.
A couple of people that were sitting around watching him were pissed now, they couldn't stand how comfortable Jungkook was around Taehyung and they wanted to get rid of him before Jungkook got any more attached.
They got up and went inside the school, gathering together in an old club room to finish the plan on how they were gonna get Taehyung to leave their idol alone.
People poured out of classrooms and into the halls towards the cafeteria.
Jungkook sat down at the table that he always did, it was his and Tae's unspoken spot, and everyone knew not to sit there.
Meanwhile Taehyung was stopped and called away by a cute shy girl. She handed Tae a note before quickly leaving.
The circumstances seemed awfully like a confession and even Taehyung thought it might be but it wasn't. He opened up the note and it was an invitation.
It was an invitation to get together with a couple of classmates and make new friends, seeing as how none of them gave him a chance before.
Tae was happy, he had an idea of why no one liked him, and he couldn't fix that, he didn't want to. He knew that he would have to stop being Jungkook's friend and to him that wasn't fair or worth it.
That's why the fact that they wanted to hang out with him, giving him a chance even while he's friends with Jungkook, really made him happy.
"Where were you?" Jungkook said pouting as Taehyung sat across from him. "Sorry someone started talking to me" he answered back before taking a big bite of his food. Jungkook continued pouting a bit while he ate his food, he wanted to know what they talked about but didn't want to pry.
The rest of the school day was like any other Friday, they went to their classes, the Bell rang, then they headed home.
