ethan sighed, closing the small book he had picked off the shelf from earlier. no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't focus on any of the books he picked out.
"hey" ethan turned his head to look at the person who had just whispered at him, "yes?" his eyes met soft brown ones.
"do you know any good books? i can't seem to find any interesting ones" the unfamiliar boy with, what looks like, soft brown hair asked.
ethans eyes scanned the boy's, "uh.. sure. follow me."
ethan stood up, brushing past the guy with a tight black shirt and tight ripped jeans on. everything on ethans new acquaintance seemed to be tight and uncomfortable. which made his skin crawl. he can't stand being in tight clothing.
he always wore sweatpants and loose shirts that nonetheless looked great on him.
"over here. have you read the sun and her flowers?" ethan asked before glancing over at the unusual, very focused boy.
"no, i haven't, but i will. thank you..." the boy trailed off, "ethan, you?" the well read boy added.
"grayson. anyways, thank you, ethan." grayson sent him a soft smile before grabbing the tan book off the shelf, leaving ethan.
"bye, grayson!" ethan called after the boy who was walking towards the checkout, "bye!" he heard a quick reply before he went back to his book, the sun and her flowers.
