Hogsmeade

Hello everybody! I hope you are having a wonderful day/night or whatever. As some of you have probably noticed I have changed the title, picture, AND the description. The picture I used is one I made myself. I took a picture of Hermione and Snape and put them together. It was way harder than it sounds. Well for me anyway. This chapter was originally going to be the last chapter. But since I am making this story longer it isn't. I hope you are enjoying my story and if you are please vote and share. Enjoy!

Oh PS: If I alter the story in any way like how Hermione is a perfect but only in the fourth year. Just go with it, please.

I woke up at eight in the morning to get ready to go down to breakfast. It being a Hogsmeade day we have to get up early. I did not see my friends in the common room this morning so I hope they are okay. And I hope they are not too mad at me. Well, I know Ginny isn't and if she is she didn't show it.

I walk into the great hall and look up at him and smile. He smiles back. I also saw that Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall saw this and are laughing. I wonder why they like us together so much. I mean this relationship that we are forced/sorta maybe kinda willing to be in is against the rules. But not against the rules for us though. It is being done through the Ministry. I sin down in my normal seat where my friends are. I didn't expect them to be here this early but here they are.

"Good morning guys! How are you?" I ask putting food on my plate. Pancakes with syrup, bacon and sausage, eggs, pumpkin juice.

"I thought you didn't like him?" Ron says to me in a disgusted tone.

"Like who?" I question although I know full well who he is talking about. He must have seen us smile at each other.

"I don't really. I don't know. He said we should keep it peaceful between the two of us. And I said okay." I tell them honestly. "I mean if we're going to spend the rest of our lives together we shouldn't hate each other. Right?"

"I just don't understand how you could even keep peace with a death eater 'Mione. The man is evil." Harry chimes in.

"And why do you say he is a Death Eater? He is working at Hogwarts one of the safest places. And he is working for Dumbledore. Dumbledore would never let a Death Eater work here." I tell Harry. Snape isn't a Death Eater. Or I hope he's not.

"I don't think Dumbledore knows, Hermione. But I've seen the mark. During the occlumency lessons." He says looking at me with concerned eyes.

"You.... you must have seen it wrong. Snape..... Snape wouldn't be a Death Eater. He's-"

"If you don't like him why are you defending him?" Ron growls at me.

I freak out. "Ronald Weasley would you just shut your damn mouth for once. I do not like Severus Snape and why should you care if I did." Me sorta whisper yelling this at him made him shut up. Instead of running away I stay and finish my breakfast and talk with my friends. 

At about 9:30 Harry, Ron, Ginny, and I walk at the back of the mass of students. All the professors are at the front including Snape. The walk takes about 30-45 minutes. We go around to almost all of the shops. Harry buying us a lot of things although I refuse he still does. 

We start at the Three Broom Sticks. Where the professors hang out for most of the time. Drinking butterbeer. We then go to the joke shop. I talk to Ginny as the boys look at stuff with Fred and George. We stop by Scrivenshaft's Quill Shop so Ginny and I can pick up a new pack of color changing ink. We finally go to all of our favorite sweet shops. Honeydukes. I spend about 15 galleons on candy. Five of them being from Harry. I thank him and go to buy my candy.  We all pay for them and walk out to sit on a bench. I shrink my bag of candy along with all my other stuff and put them in my bag with the undetectable extension charm.

We sit there in silence as it starts to sprinkle. I can see the teachers making there way over to use. Professor Dumbledore puts his wand up to his neck.

"Attention students of Hogwarts. Please come immediately. We will be leaving in two minutes due to rain. I repeat we will be leaving in two minutes due to rain." Dumbledore says.

We gather up our things. Ron and Harry wanted to meet up with Dean and Seamus so we were at the back again. About five minutes into our walk back it started to rain very heavily. Over the heads of many students. I see umbrellas up found coming out of wands. I remember Snape telling me that I might get privileges. I think about this for a minute then say.

"I'm going to go up to the front if you guys want to come with me," I tell my friends and start walking up there.

"Okay." Harry and Ginny say. They all come with me.

Once we got up there I went straight to Snape. I can hear Ron mutter:

"I knew it! She was just coming up here to be with him cause he has an umbrella. No fair!"

I take off my right glove and take his left hand in mine. We walk like that the whole way back to the castle. And the whole time I could hear students whispering stuff like. "Why are they together up there?" "Why are they holding hands." "Oh my god! Are Snape and Hermione dating?"

I just want to scream at them. I just want to cry. We get into the main hall and people start going there separate ways. Snape walks me over to the side. 

"Would you like to come and have lunch with me?" He asks.

"Sure." I reply with a smile.
