Izuku and Hitoshi headed to the U.A together, Izuku still getting over the fact he got into the hero course, Hitoshi was going to take the previously suggested route and get in by showing off at the sports festival. Izuku had promised to help him, he could analyze his classmates, and Hitoshi would have an advantage over them. But, they had to part in the hall. Izuku happily greeted the teachers, Midnight happily ruffled his congratulating him on getting in. Soon, Izuku stood in front of Class 1-A. He had first entered this classroom at the age of four, and now, he was here as a student. He pushed opened the door, he walked in on Bakugo and the blue haired boy from the exam. Izuku sighed and went to his seat, which was rather unfortunately behind Bakugo. Bakugo glared at him as he passed, Izuku ignored him with a deadpan expression. He took his seat and brought out his quirk analysis book, instinctively, he quickly moved the book as Bakugo tried to grab it.

"You still have that, Deku." He smirked darkly.

"This is a new one, actually," Izuku replied, the class watched them. To be honest, many of them seemed uncomfortable with Izuku's expression. "So please remember, I know your weakness." The class all flinched as the door opened during the tense moment. They all looked to see Aizawa enter, he had his usual deadpan look, he looked over his class, he hid his pride when he saw Izuku, even if he was still mad at All Might for giving the kid One for All.

"I'm your homeroom teacher, Aizawa Shouta. This is a bit sudden, but please put these on and meet me on the field." He held up a sports kit. Izuku made sure he was last.

"Aizawa-sensei..." He began

"I know, you don't have to use it if you don't want too," Aizawa replied, Izuku nodded, taking a sports uniform and join the boys of his class in the male changing rooms. The rest of them were talking, but Izuku remained silent.

"Midoriya!" The blue-haired boy from the exam approached him. Izuku glanced at him.

"Not to seem rude, what do you want? You made your opinions clear at the exam. I don't like wasting my time with people of little belief." Izuku said, causing the boy to stop, the others watched.

"I came to apologize for my words during the exam." He said, Izuku looked at him in surprise. "When that girl was in danger, I ran away from her, like everyone else, but you...you ran towards her. You risked some big injuries by doing so."

"That's what heroes do, right?" Izuku replied.

"Yes, and I didn't realize that until after you acted. I hate to admit it, but you are better than me." The boy said, that caused Izuku to chuckle.

"You just need to see things from another angle. I'm Midoriya Izuku." He held out his hand.

"Iida Tenya." They shook hands. They then headed out to the field. Where Aizawa announced they were doing a quirk assessment test, and threatened whoever got the last place would be deemed to have no potential and be expelled. Though Izuku knew it would be true, if he chose not to use One for All, and came last, he wouldn't be expelled. The whole school had already deemed Izuku had the potential to be a great hero. He had a feeling he should at least show off One for All, but was against it for now. Either way, he was going to use this time to analyze the quirks around him. Izuku was content with his progress in the first few tests until they reached the ball throw. After throwing an average 76 meters, Bakugo had one of his usual explosive outbursts.

"You're a quirkless idiot Deku, just give up!" He yelled,

"Quirkless..." His classmates muttered, Aizawa was about to say something, but he noticed the look on Izuku's face. The boy was thinking and quite deeply, he ended up shrugging. He picked up another ball, returning to the circle. He let the power of One for All fill him up, before throwing the ball as far as he could. The machine beeped. 807.2 meters. The class stared at him in surprise, especially Bakugo.

"Strength isn't the only thing heroes should concentrate on," Izuku said loudly, he continued doing his best without resorting to using One for All.  And as expected he ended up at the bottom of the leaderboard. Only for Aizawa to announce that the threat was simply a Logical ruse. Izuku knew that and ignored the talk of his classmates. He left his class, he knew the first day was always important to make new friends, but he honestly didn't care. After all, he had...

"Izuchan!" Hitoshi caught up with him as they walked through the hall towards the exit. Izuku smiled and turned.

"Toshichan, how was your day?" Izuku asked

"The entrance ceremony was boring, where was your class? Class 1-B were there." Hitoshi walked next to him.

"Ah, Aizawa-sensei wanted to do a quirk assessment test on us. Gave me a chance to analyze everyone's quirks. I just need to write them down... if I can even remember their names..." Izuku muttered.

"You've forgotten their names already?" Hitoshi grinned.

"Well, Bakugo is there, and that guy I told you about who was at the exam. His name is Iida Tenya, and he actually apologized for what he said." Izuku told him.

"That was nice of him." Hitoshi smiled.

"Midoriya!" A voice said, the two boys looked.

"Oh, Iida-kun." Izuku turned to face him.

"I must know how come you use your super strength in the assessment test, but not in the exam?" Iida asked, "I know your score on the entrance exam was impressive..."

"I did use it," Izuku replied simply, which just confused Iida more. "Oh, Iida, this is my friend in General Ed, Shinso Hitoshi."

"Nice to meet you." Iida nodded, a voice yelled out to them. The three boys looked.

"That's the girl I helped in the exam..." Izuku muttered as a girl joined their group.

"Are you guys going to the station?" She asked, Iida nodded, Hitoshi and Izuku didn't respond. "I'll join you. I'm Uraraka Ochaco." She introduced herself, she pointed at Iida. "You're Iida Tenya." She then turned to Izuku "and you're Midoriya Deku, right?" Izuku choked on the air he was breathing, Hitoshi frowned.

"He's still calling you that? Dude, he needs a good punch!" Hitoshi turned to Izuku.

"Yeah, then what? I'll be the one to get into trouble. Bakugo is the golden boy remember. The kid born with the perfect quirk." Izuku was obviously not impressed. "Anyway, my name is Midoriya Izuku, this is my friend in general Ed, Shinso Hitoshi. And speaking of which, I believe we have a training session today."

"A training session?" Uraraka repeated. But, Izuku and Hitoshi had headed off before she could get an answer. "He's a little weird..." Iida could only nod in response.
