The song playing in the Bar when Kara walks in.

I walked into the bar and one of my favourite songs started playing. P!nk was my only idol other than Earth 38 Supergirl. I walked to the bartender, he gave me a drink without me even asking. I turned and looked at the karaoke section of the shack.

"Kara! What are you doing here?" I saw Mon-El, drunk out of his mind.

"I just need to relax." I looked back at the woman singing. "Mon-El, do you want to do karaoke with me?"

"I have heard your voice, Kara. You know I don't compare at all." He whined.

"Karaoke isn't about having a good voice!" I skulled the rest of my drink and immediately felt the effects of the Zakarian Ale. I grabbed Mon-El by the arm and dragged him onto the stage with me.

"Pick a song for us!" I yelled to the audience. A man stood with a serious look on his face until he smiled a beaming smile when Mon-El and I heard the song.

"Seriously?" I yelled.

"Oh, c'mon. You can't deny we had a blast in those summer nights together!" I scoffed and he started singing.

"Summer Lovin' had me a blast." He smiled.

"Summer Lovin' happened so fast." I belted out every note.

"I met a girl crazy for me!" He actually had a really nice voice!

"I met a boy, cute as could be." We sang the chorus together and the rest of the song. Towards the end of the song, the audience was shouting 'kiss' at Mon-El and me. We both looked at each other and shook our heads.

"Just kiss already!" A girl yelled sarcastically, I looked down and saw Lena. No, no, no! We finished off the song and I quickly got off stage.

"What are you doing here?" I shouted above the music.

"You killed Lex, didn't you?"

"Technically I didn't. Kal-Ex did."

"You gave him the orders though, didn't you?"

"No! Kal...Clark did." I didn't know why I stumbled and corrected myself, Lena knew Clark's identity.

"We need to get home, you are drunk and I would like to have this conversation with you when you are sober." As if sent by the Gods themselves, Sober started playing over the karaoke. Lena rolled her eyes.

"C'mon, we have to!" I yelled, pulling Lena onto the stage just as the lyrics started. I once again performed a song at karaoke and was told to kiss my partner. This time I did, pulling her as close as possible and not letting her go until the ending instrumental of the song finished.

"I love you," She whispered.

"I know..." I laughed and almost fell over. I was starting to sober up which meant the hellish vomiting was about to happen soon. "Lena, I don't feel so good..."

"You're not much of a drinker..." She giggled and took me outside.

Lena POV

I couldn't stay mad at that little cute face. She pouted at me again, trying to make me forgive her, which I had already done. She had killed my mother and brother but I still loved her with all of my soul. I hated her for it. I hated how much I loved her. She pouted once again, tilting her head to one side, leaning against the car for balance, I finally thought I should put her out of her misery.

"Fine, I forgive you."

"Was that so hard?" She said as she took another sip of the coffee I bought for her hangover. I kissed her and sat her in the car.

"Actually, you killed the only family I have left other than you... it should have been harder. But did you know that staying mad at Supergirl is actually proven to be one of the most difficult things for someone to do?"

"I didn't know that Alex probably seems to think otherwise. And Mon-El must be very strong-minded being able to stay mad at me for as long as he does."

"He isn't strong-minded, he is a Daxamite." She laughed hard and rested her head on the window of the car. I was just pulling into the carparking below my building when the car started jolting and then stopped.

"Good thing we are already here..." She retorted, faking a smile. I got out of the car angrily and lifted the bonnet. There didn't look to be anything wrong with my car, everything was in order.

"Must be the battery..." I said, making her laugh. "What?"

"What do you know about cars?"

"A lot actually, probably a lot more than you!" She was sitting with the door open but just her legs hanging out of the side of the car. She looked relaxed, calm. "Kara, why are you so relaxed?"

"Because I don't own a car and it is hilarious to watch humans get mad at these contraptions when they malfunction." She was having a blast watching me struggle with my 'contraption'.

"I don't suppose it occurred to you to offer to help me!" I tried to imitate the posh accent from the movie I was quoting.

"I thought Winn was the one who quoted movies..." She got up and stood next to me. I looked at her with disbelief. Had she watched one of my favourite movies?

"You recognised it?"

"I have probably watched every musical there is, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was one of the first I watched when I got to earth."

"I love you!" I kissed her and looked back at the engine.

"Just call a mechanic or something. We are already here, go do work, I will handle everything." She looked at me with confidence.

"Fine." I headed my office and sat down, ready to get a lot of things done while Kara 'handled' the situation.

About three hours later, I had gotten almost three days worth of work done. Kara stormed into my office when I was just about to get up and find her.

"What's going on? Is everything okay?" She stayed silent and turned the TV on, flicking it to a news channel.

Good Evening, National City. We have a big story today about Supergirl. I will now hand it over to the woman who initially released the story;

Hello, people of National City. As you probably already know, I am Cat Grant and I have some terrible news. Supergirl is killing. We have proof that she killed Lex Luthor and we have numerous accounts of Supergirl being the cause for almost a dozen more deaths. I know I should be standing up for her, and I wish I could. But, Supergirl is dangerous. If she wasn't bulletproof, I would say to shoot on site...

I was shaking with anger, Kara was too. "Lena..." She looked like it barely concerned her but I was furious and knew that deep down, she was too.

"What right does she have to say 'Shoot on Site'?"

"It isn't like anyone can actually hurt me."

"What about your recent vulnerability to Kryptonite?"

"It is gone, it was just because I was on Earth 38."

"I am going to have a chat with the most powerful woman in National City..." I stood and stormed out of my office, turning to my secretary just as I was leaving. "Clear the rest of my afternoon."
