Kazumi's p.o.v:
"Sleep Kazumi. Tomorrow everything will change so sleep, for better or worse it'll be your choice so do not forget who you are. This is our last time together Kazumi, your father and I will miss you so much."
My alarm clock rings in my ear as I breathed heavily and woke up from my reoccurring nightmare. It felt so real at that moment but thinking back now, it seems more like a blur as if it was my imagination. A new day starts as well as my first year of Rakuzan high. The light shines through my curtains as I steadily get up and head to the shower and wear my school clothes after that.
After constant begging from Mayu-chan, I have decided to go to Rakuzan with her despite never going to a middle school since I prefer to do my job without interferences such as friends. My meaning of friends are people who get in my way which I'd like to refer them as flies. Once they're in your way, they'll be killed whether it's your fault or someone else's. Mayu-chan is more like an aquaintance who helps me on my jobs since we are practically the same..... In some ways. Even though I have never attended a school, my knowledge is far more superior than an average third year student in Rakuzan but I'd rather not gather so much attention.
I pop on my shoes and grab some food on the way since I haven't bought anything in my house. I live alone in a house with two rooms that I happened to afford with a few tricks under my sleeves though the truth is that Mayu-chan pulled a few strings for me to get this modern Japanese house. "Kazumi!!" I look around and search for that familiar voice until I see a blonde head with sparkling blue eyes staring down on me. "Hey there Mayu-chan."
"Mou, I've told you so many time to stop adding chan, just call me Mayu. Any ways, it seems you haven't gotten much taller now." A vein pooped on my head as I saw her snickering from her previous statement. "Urusai." Her laughter abruptly stopped as she sensed a dark aura surrounding me understanding that she should stop teasing me since she's way taller than me. Height has nothing to do with strength though and she knows that. "Let's go to school now before you cause a commotion Kazumi or scare off anyone with that aura of yours so I guess you should calm down a bit. Hehe." She said as she sweat dropped and nervously scratched the back of her head.
We got to the front gates of Rakuzan and I must say, it's huge. I could never believed to have complemented a school in my life but I guess this school is for the rich and intelligent. I walked into the school gazing at its beautiful scenery until I bumped into something that felt like a wall. But it wasn't.
Maya's p.o.v:
When we entered the school, the first year students seemed to have been keeping at a distance from someone and I'm sure it's not Kazumi since she just got here. "Hey, Kazumi something is strange...." And of course she's not beside me. I look around until I spot her walking around aimlessly staring at the view of Rakuzan till she bumped into a student with red, fiery hair from the back.
(A/n hope you all enjoyed the first chapter with my MC Kiyoko Kazumi. Left you all on a bit of a cliffhanger eh, hehe. Ill fix the cover of the book when I have time and I'll show you a picture of Mayu on the next chapter. Until then Sayonara :-))
