For days now, Kane has texted none stop.
Alex has tried to talk to me but my mom wouldn't let him in the house.

I've stuck.

I like Kane. A lot. But this nicole girl is getting to be too much.

I should text back, but I don't know if I want too.

What is there to talk about, Kane? All you have done is lie to me and hurt my feelings. Your stuck on Nicole and I don't want to be with anyone who's stuck on someone! Goodbye!

I sent him that text and flopped on my old bed.

Knock Knock

" hunny?"
" Juliette Rain!" My mom spoke.

" Yeah?" I answered. She walked into my room and sat on my bed next to me.

" I know it's hard right now. I know what Alex did hurt you, badly. And Kane doing the same thing. But I really think this guy really likes you. Maybe this girl has him wrapped around her finger, maybe they have a past. But I really think he likes you." She spoke.

" how do you know! You have no idea what he's done to me already, and it's only been a few days of dating!!!" I speak to my mom.

" I know.. moms always know." She says and smiles.

" besides, what man would drive 6hrs just to see you!" She smiled.

" what? He's here? Mom!" I yell.

" he's downstairs. Go talk to him. I'll go sit in my office and do my work." She smiled. I groan.

" Rain!! Now!!" She laughs.

" fine! Don't listen either!" I spoke.

I walk down the stairs and find Kane walking back an fourth. Talking to himself.

" Kane?" I interrupted him and himself talking.

" Juls." He seemed kind.. happy?

" you drove alll the way down here? Why?" I asked

" Because.. I know Nicole being around isn't what I wanted. " he said.
I sat down, I feel like this is going to be long!

" Nicole and I have a rough past. She cheated for years. I never knew till a year ago. She has pregnant with my baby.. but we lost it. But I never want to be with her again. I don't love her. I don't. But every time she's around, I go blank and she feeds off me when I'm blank. Juliette, I like you . I like you a lot. I'm sorry. I really Am. " he spoke and my heart fell even harder for him.

" I like you, a lot too." I smiled.

" so, you forgive me?" He smiled .

" yes. She's gotta go or I do." I look away..

" she's gone!" Kane grabbed me and pulled me into a hug.

" Your my everything." Kane sang in my ear. His voice!!
