Chapter 15.

" class is dismissed." The teacher spoke.

I couldn't be happier. I'm not in any mood to sit in class right now.
" wanna go get coffee?" I asked Kane.
" yeah love." He smiled.

We got into my car and drove to a coffee shop, yeah there's one on campus but I don't want to deal with people I go to school with.
We arrive at a coffee shop, a cute small place.

" I'll have a mocha frappe " I said to the girl at the counter.

" that will be 2;78." She smiles as I handed her my money. I needed this.

Kane ordered his and we found a table.
I took a small drink and felt 100% better.
" Better?" Kane laughed. Its like he read my mind. I nod and smile.
We was interrupted but someone .

" Kane?" " omg it is you.." she spoke.

" umm yeah.." Kane said. He looked taking back.. wide eyed.

" how are you?" She smiled at him.

" ahh good. " he simply said.

" who's this?" She pointed at me.

" um. Nicole, this is my friend Juliette.
Juliette this is Nicole.. my ex.. " Kane said.

" nice to meet you Nicole." I smile at her.
" yeah I know it is" she hissed.

Kane sat there.. not saying a word..

Better?" I laughed. She nodded and smiled. Ugh that smile..
We was interrupted but someone .

" Kane?" " omg it is you.." she spoke.

" umm yeah.." I spoke. I was taking back.. wide eyed.

" how are you?" She smiled at him.

" ahh good. " i simply said.

" who's this?" She pointed at me.

" um. Nicole, this is my friend Juliette.
Juliette this is Nicole.. my ex.. " I said.

" nice to meet you Nicole." Juliette smiles at her.
" yeah I know it is" she hissed.

I put the keys into the apartment I'm renting with my fiancé. I've been working a lot and haven't been home much. I had bought my fiancé flowers and dinner. She's gonna love it.

" Nicole?" I yelled as I get into the door. I took my heavy boots off and set them aside.
I heard noises. noises that shouldnt be happening.. I walk up the stairs, and open our room door..

There she was.. the love of my life.. my other half.. my world.. laying in bed with someone else..

" omg. " she yelled.

" get the fuck out of my house." I yelled at the guy. He did as I said an ran out the door.

" baby... I'm sorry" she tried to hug me.

" Nicole! " I try to hide my anger.

" baby..." she spoke.

" get out of my house. And don't ever come back." I said loudly.

" you don't mean that." She said sitting on the bed. Fixing her hair.

" oh. I mean it. You either leave or I'll call the police. " I yelled.

" baby. Come on. I'm sorry. " she walked to the closet.

" what's for dinner babe?" She smiled at me.
Omg what is she , crazy?

" GET OUT!" I screamed. My anger taking over me. I punched the door.

" hahahaha. You will be back. You always do." She smiles and grabbed a bag to put her things in.

" just fucking leave!!" I yelled.

-- Juliette POV--

" Kane?" I spoke.
" he used to do this, no one can get him out of it. But me. Well I used too." She smiled at me.
I ignored her and kept trying.

" Kane" I said and started to rub his hand. He looks at me. And smiles at our hands.

" Thanks.." he finally spoke. I just smile.

I nod and smile. We starred at each other and smiled. It felt like hours. Until..

" umm." Nicole spoke. We pulled away from each other and looked up.

" anyways, I'm in town for a while. Wanna get together sometime?" She smiled At Kane.

" uhh. No Nicole.. can't." Kane said as he looked down at me and smiled.

She followed his eyes and rolled hers.
" oh I see." She hissed.
" well, if you change your mind, you have my number." She smiled.

" actually, I deleted it. Along with everything else." Kane grinned. I couldn't help but grin.

" oh. " she looked taking back.
" besides I'm really liking someone right now and going out with you would ruin it." Kane shrugged his shoulders.

" oh, I have a boyfriend of 2 years. I meant go as friends. But k, Kane. " she said and walked out.

" I'm so sorry.." Kane said soon after.

" no worries. Exes will be exes. " I giggle.

" so.. who's this mystery girl?" I soon add.

Kane looked at me, wide eyed like he just saw a ghost.

" oh umm...I.. ahh.." Kane was lost for words.
" it's me isn't it?" I said in a playful way. Joking of course.

" uhhh.." he went pale.
" actually..."
" it is... you." Kane spoke.

My mouth hung open. My heart was racing. Kane likes me? Me? Whaaaat!!
