Bridget's POV
Tonight at school is senior sleepover. Since it is starting to get warmer out us seniors will be setting up camp on the football field. They have this huge screen where they show movies all night long and it is a lot of fun. I just finished packing everything up for tonight.
"Hey Bridge can I borrow your skinny pink jeans? I will give them back tomorrow." she said walking into my closet and getting them
"Yeah sure got a hot date tonight?" I asked smirking
"Yupp with Ben." she said smiling
"Aww that is great! I hope you guys get back together!" I said turning up the music louder. It was the song Everytime We Touch. We both started jumping around and singing and dancing like idiots. My dad soon came in and joined us. It was a lot of fun.
"Wait Dad why are you all dressed up?" Lexi asked him confused
"I have a date tonight myself." he said smiling
"Yaya! Dad I am so happy for you." I said giving him a hug
"Thanks girls. Well I have to go don't want to be late! Have fun tonight both of you and be safe please." he said kissing the top of our heads before leaving
"Well this is new." I said smirking and throwing on my sweats and pulling my hair into a messy bun
"Yeah it is. Well I got to run but have fun at your sleepover tonight. Love you." she said as she walked out the door
"Love you too." I called after her.
Sam came about five minutes later and he helped me get all my bags into his car.
"You know we are only staying over for a night right? Not a month." he said chuckling to himself
"I only have two small bags. One has my clothes and the other has all my products." I said giggling
"You have so much issues." he said placing his hand on my theigh
We just finished setting up our sleeping bags. We are right near all of my friends and all of Sam's friends.
Suddenly I felt myself being pulled and I looked up to see an eager Jenny standing in front of me.
"What is up with you?" I asked laughing
"I think tonight is the night Sam's friend Luke is going to ask me out." she said practically squealing
"Ok calm down and play it cool. You guys look great together and everything is going to be awesome I promise." I said giving her a hug
"Thank you. You have fun tonight too. Don't do anything I wouldn't do!" she said winking before walking off
I walked back over towards Sam and he smiled at me. The first movie was about to start so we got underneath our sleeping bags and he brought me into his chest.
"Popcorn?" he asked smirking holding this huge bucket
"Where the heck did you get that from?" I asked laughing taking a handful of popcorn
"My mom had extras from her movie night with her friends last week." he said shrugging
"What is this movie even?" I asked confused
"I think some weird Sci-Fi fantasy." he said rolling his eyes
"You know my family really likes you." I said kissing his cheek
"Yeah? Well my family really loves you. Especially my siblings." he said shaking his head
"That is good to hear. I can't believe we have been dating for a month now." I said playing with our hands that were intertwined
"I know it feels so much longer than that. So The University of Nebraska wants me to play basketball for them." he said grinning at me.
"Oh my gosh that is great! I am so proud of you!" I exclaimed pulling him in for a hug
"Thanks. I just have to play really good in our next district game and hopefully we move on to states." he said
"You guys will. You guys are awesome."
"I know we are."
"Don't be so cocky." I said throwing a handful of popcorn at him. He faked hurt and threw some back at me.
We got shushed by some people who were really into the movie. We both just started laughing histarically.
"I want to take a picture of us here tonight." he said getting out his phone. He took two. One of us both smiling and the other of us making funny faces. I smiled they are both really cute.
"Send them to me please." I said
Tonight being with Sam and being all cuddled up with him and giving eachother kisses has made me realize that I am in love with him. It scares me how fast I fell for him but I wouldn't change a thing.
