Bridget's POV
Andrea left to go back to school yesterday because she had an early class tomorrow morning. Lexi and I are currently at The University of Nebraska for Sam's basketball game. I am wearing black leggins, light brown combat boots, and a white cropped sweater. My hair is down and in loose curls and I have on mascara and eyeshadow.
"Hey Ben." I greeted my sister's boyfriend giving him a hug
"Hey Bridge. Glad you are back around." he said smirking at me
"Me too." I said sitting down next to my sister
The game was fun. Sam's team won by nine. I was walking out of the stands when somebody called my name. I turned around to see Mrs. Wilkinson.
"Bridget how have you been?" she asked giving me a hug
"I've been doing really well. How have you been?" I asked
"I've been great. What brings you here?" she asked confused
"Sam didn't tell you? We got back together." I said smiling
"Oh you did! Finally! Everybody has been waiting for that news forever. I am going to kill him for not telling me." she said laughing
I caught up with her for a while until Sam came out. He planted a sweet kiss on my cheek and put his arm around my shoulders.
"Sam Wilkinson why didn't you tell me you and Bridget got back together?" she asked him sternly
"It slipped my mind." he said smiling
"Oh what am I going to do with you? Well you two enjoy the rest of your night. It was good seeing you Bridget." she said pulling me in for another hug
"It was good seeing you too Mrs. Wilkinson." I waved as she walked off
"You didn't tell your mom about us?" I asked playfully hitting him
"Well she has been really busy with work. I really did forget." he said pulling me in for a kiss
"Good game by the way." I said ruffling his hair
"Thanks. So I want to show you around campus if that's ok?" he asked grabbing my hand as he lefd me outside
He showed me where his classes are, where the parties are, where his dorm is, and lastly we stopped at the cafeteria.
"How about some lunch?" he asked. I smiled and nodded and followed him inside. We ordered and sat down at a table.
"So since my book is getting published they want me to switch to the New York school." I said taking a sip of my drink
"Really? Did you tell your family yet?" he asked
"No I am going to tell them tomorrow when they drop me off. Lexi already knows though." I explained
"Oh is both your mom and dad dropping you off?" he asked surprised
"Yeah it's weird right? They have been getting along lately." I said shrugging my shoulders
"Well maybe it is a good thing." he said smiling
"So after a game what do you normally do?" I asked curiously
"Well I normally come here and eat. Than I would go back to my dorm and do homework, but I don't have any. Than normally the Jacks and I would just do something." he said shrugging
"Well than lets go do something with the Jacks." I exclaimed pulling him up with me. I walked back to his dorm with him. I guess a lot of girls on campus like him because they kept giving me dirty looks. He swiped his card and I followed him up to his room.
"Hey losers lets do something." I said walking into their room and plopping down on Sam's bed
"Well hello to you too." Johnson said laughing
"What do you want to do?" Gilinsky asked
"I don't know. You guys are the ones that go to school here." I said sassily while playing on my phone
"Well we could watch a movie?" Sam suggested
"Ok Gilinsky you pick." Johnson said
Jack G ended up picking Love Actually. Sam joined me on his bed and brought me close to him. He rested his chin on top of my head and occasionaly gave me light kisses on top of my head. After the movie I had to get going. I said my goodbye to the Jacks. I said goodbye to Ben also. Lexi and SAm both walked me out to my car.
"By little sister. I'm going to miss you." she said pulling me in for a hug
"I'm going to miss you too big sister. I'll see you in what? May?" I asked depressed
"Yeah unfortunatly. But I will come visit soon for your birthday. Let me know how your book is coming along and what mom and dad say. I love you." she said giving me one last hug
"I love you too." I said high fiving her before she walked back to her apartment
"Before you leave I got you something." Sam said handing me a bag. I opened it and it was a Nebraska sweatshirt that had Sam's last name on the back.
"Sam I love it, thank you." I said hugging him
"I just want you to have something to remember me by since I won't be seeing you for a little bit." he said stroking my back
"Well you are coming out to visit for my birthday too right?" I asked
"Of course I am. And we will call, text, and facetime every day." he said kissing my forehead
"I'm going to miss you so much." I said as he pulled me into his chest
"I'm going to miss you more. But I promise you we are going to make this work." he said kissing my nose
"I love you." I said leaning in to kiss him
"I love you too." he said
